Negative experience: The worst agency in all of Melilla, as soon as you start they charge you a large amount of money, all in cash for them to take, since it has to be in cash and without a receipt. They try to take advantage of students and kept our deposit for no reason. At first, it was for cleaning, but since I didn't trust them, I took photos of everything, and when they saw they were wrong, they were looking for other excuses to take our deposit. Terrible experience with the worker Sonia. They are rude and always try to scam you in some way.

Negative experience: I find it abusive that nowadays and with the current law they ask the tenant to pay the management fees; it is ILLEGAL.

Negative experience: Scammers and rude, they insult the relatives of clients just for not hiring their services. They threaten, and when contacting the client, they do so in a nasty way, writing like true illiterates.

Negative experience: Very informal. As soon as they charge the commission, they disengage from everything.

Negative experience: Hicimos la entrega de llaves el día 29-06 . A día 26-07 no sabemos nada de la fianza (750€) . La inmobiliaria no responde al teléfono. También tuvimos muchísimos problemas con la gestión durante todo el año ( piso muy sucio cuando llegamos , 2 semanas sin agua caliente en diciembre , no nos facilitaba el teléfono del casero , etc etc . Ha sido muy difícil tratar con la responsable siempre nos daba largas y no solucionaba nada . Esperemos que el tema de la fianza se resuelva pronto y ojalá el jefe conozca lo que pasa en su negocio . PD: recurro a este canal ya que por teléfono no obtengo respuesta . Es lo único que me queda . Gracias

Fantastic experience: Excelente experiencia. Mientras las demás inmobiliarias sólo ponían problemas y excusas, del tipo "sólo podemos alquilar para periodos mínimos de 6 meses", sin probar siquiera trabajar en encontrar realmente una solución profesional para mí y mi novia, que fuimos a Melilla a fin de cubrir una baja laboral por tiempo indefinido, en esta inmobiliaria, y gracias a la atención e inestimable ayuda de Vanesa la chica de la inmobiliaria, pudimos ver y escoger entre distintas viviendas a alquilar mes a mes y/o 3 meses,ajustadas perfectamente a lo que buscábamos. Un 10 para Vanesa y para la inmobiliaria por su acierto dando con una persona tan competente en este sector. Gracias por su trabajo!
