Fantastic experience: Solo puedo hablar positivamente de Homing People. Vendí a finales de 2023 mi piso con su ayuda y asesoramiento. Un gran profesional independiente y sobre todo gran persona. Se preocupa que todo salga bien con honestidad para todas las partes y no buscando su máximo beneficio como pueden hacer otras agencias. Creo que su gran ventaja es la de ser independiente y no tener que rendir cuentas a nadie. Acompañó la operación hasta el final e incluso ya firmada la venta siguió implicado con algunos flecos sin importancia que quedaban por zanjar. Fantastic experience: We waren op zoek naar een ander huisje/appartement. In onze zoektocht kwamen we terecht op de website van Homing People. Toen ik om meer informatie vroeg reageerde Walter vrijwel meteen. Omdat wij niet snel ter plekke konden zijn heeft Walter een video rondleiding gegeven. Daarna is het contact heel soepel en vlot verlopen. Voordat wij de sleutel kregen had hij internet verbinding voor ons geregeld. Dit is een makelaar die ik iedereen zou aanbevelen.

Fantastic experience: Die Leute von Homing People haben uns innerhalb eines halben Tages eine Villa mit Pool organisiert, welche wir nun langfristig mieten. Da wir in der Landessprache noch nicht so sicher sind übernahm unser Makler die komplette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und steht uns auch heute noch bei Problemen zur Seite. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Fantastic experience: Walter has to be one of the best real estate agents. He is polite, punctual and highly professional. My dad and I were at the time travelling in Greece so lining up a rental agreement abroad was a bit of a challenge especially without prior viewing, yet Walter went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible and we successfully managed to move in on the day we landed in Spain. He understands that it can be pretty daunting to relocate to a new country or city so he will do his best to find exactly what you’re looking for. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Many thanks! Fantastic experience: Walter was very helpful and approachable. I made several enquiries with various estate agents when I wanted to find somewhere to live, we had very limited time to search, and he was the only one who responded, with an apartment that turned out to be perfect. He was always available when we needed help or advice about the apartment or other formalities connected with living in Spain. He also speaks perfect English, which, for us, as newcomers to Spain, made our lives so much easier. I would definitely use the services of Campo & Costa again.

Fantastic experience: Nous sommes arrivés à La Herradura directement de Suisse en janvier 2017, on habitait à l’hotel et on cherchait un appartement “larga temporada”. Campo y Costa alias Walter est la troisième agence que nous avons contacté, un coup de téléphone a suffit pour que Walter comprenne notre demande et notre situation. Deux jours plus tard il nous faisait visiter trois appartements. Du travail de “pro.” avec sourire et bienveillance. Nous avons suivi ses conseils et ses recommandations pour les démarches administratives et nous avons passés deux années superbes à La Herradura et rencontrés des gens formidables. Fantastic experience: Absolutely easiest and smoothest rental experience ever! Walter is very helpful and really easy to communicate with, multi-lingual, polite, friendly and professional agent; never had to wait for his responses, he dealt with anything we needed right away, even things that were not necessarily his duties (like sorting out our internet broadband, just to help us, because we didn't speak Spanish). Campo y Costa is also the only agency we came across on the coast, which doesn't have excessive fees, they only charge rent upfront and deposit, no hidden costs. I highly recommend them!

Promesas falsas y gestión pésima! No entiendo como funcionan empresas de este tipo con este trato... Eine der schlechtesten und unprofesionelsten Inmobilienverwaltungen die ich in der Provinze Malaga kennengelernt habe, leider! Falsche Versprechungen, schlechtes Allgemeinwissen und absolut unhöfliches Verhalten von Herrn Walter Rico seits. Ich kann mir nicht erklären wie solche Verwaltungen überhaupt zugelassen sind. Absolut NICHT empfehlenswert!!!
