Negative experience: As a selling party, I would not recommend it to anyone. There was a lack of transparency and information from the moment the sale went awry due to problems the buying party had with bank financing days after signing the reservation. Three months passed from that moment, and they didn't tell us anything!! And I kept asking frequently because it seemed strange to us that the signing was delayed so much. All we got were evasions and vagueness. Until we had to cancel the sale because we were pressed by other deadlines and financial commitments that we had made that were closely linked to that sale. Thank goodness everything is revealed in the end. Very unprofessional and they almost got us into a serious economic and legal mess.

Negative experience: Very bad experience and very poor treatment. I went to have them manage the purchase of a property and they didn't even attend to me. They closed the doors on me and wouldn't pick up the phone without giving me any explanation. In short, I don't understand how they can have 5 stars because they couldn't have treated me worse.

I wanted to buy an apartment with them, but it was impossible due to their poor management. They deceived me, as well as the selling party, maintaining the lie for months to keep me as a buyer.
