Negative experience: Very unprofessional, they left a family of 5 stranded without a house because they went on vacation. We went to see the house on a Tuesday, and during the visit, they told us that the person showing it would go on vacation on Friday, not the entire office. We discussed it and thought we had time to sign and move in. When I called the next day, they told me that this agent was already on vacation and that she would call me back. She called me a while later to say she was already out and didn't know which house I was talking about, even though it was the next day!! I told her I was interested and wanted to take the house and move in as soon as possible since we were in a small and poorly furnished temporary accommodation. Then she said she would call the owner to confirm if we could be accepted as tenants and that I should send the documentation to her email, but she didn't list what documents were needed since each landlord requires what they see fit. So it has been until today. They bypass the data protection law, sharing private documents without signing any authorization, and after all this, I am still waiting for her to come back from vacation and ask me how I spent the days they left us stranded or anything. A disgrace. In response to their complaints, I reaffirm that they are very unprofessional; I haven't received any calls from the agent Ana, who I was expecting, and she didn't contact me until today when I left the review. Of course, we haven't sent any documents since the agent who was supposed to assist us was on vacation and made us wait as long as she wanted to do her job; we weren't offered to be attended by another colleague. The housing is for two people and our pets, which are part of the family, as we informed them, but I am not surprised they don't know this because, as I said, when we called to say we were interested, she didn't remember showing us the house. We are no longer interested in the house; we are looking for other professionals and have found a better house than the one we saw with you. And yes, when I don't like a service offered to me, I make my review so that what I found unpleasant about that place doesn't happen again. I also give good options when they deserve it. I shouldn't be ashamed, no matter how much you want to belittle me.

Negative experience: You are unprofessional; you have left a family stranded on the street, you only care about going on vacation, nothing else matters to you. And I remind you that pets are sentient beings protected by law.
