My relationship with this real estate agency was for the sale of a property in common with another owner, with the property located in another province, far from my home. All the dealings were done over the phone with Alberto (there must be 2, I mean specifically and only Alberto from the Nájera office) and by e-mail. At all times, the treatment was close, very familiar, but at the same time extremely professional, without any surprises, as Alberto proved to be a full 10 as a professional in the sector. Moreover, due to the poor communication with the other party with whom I shared ownership of the property we sold, it was Alberto who mediated at all times, clearly with a lot of experience, as everything went smoothly. And not only that, almost a year after the sale, he helped us with documentation we needed, resolving everything on the same day. Undoubtedly, if I require services in the area, I will contact this real estate agency again, a service of 10.

Negative experience: Les he llamado 3 veces para ver unos pisos desde hace un mes y medio, y me dicen que tienen que conseguir las llaves (las tendrán en Pekín, supongo). Falta de interés total, desisto!
