Fantastic experience: I made a purchase with this real estate agency and from minute one, Adrián's service has been excellent, providing documents swiftly, advising on legal matters, always available to address my questions, punctual, and quite pleasant. It is the best experience I have had with a real estate agency to date. Congratulations on the work!!

Negative experience: AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The terms of the community expenses offered in the rental advertisement do not match those you sign in the contract. They ask for 2 months' deposit in violation of regulations. The apartment was dirty, with old and unpainted furniture. They deduct expenses from the deposit that are not attributable to damage. I warn those interested in renting an apartment on the 6th floor in Menéndez Pelayo. Very unpleasant owners, they do not provide documented justification for individual expenses, and the advice from Adrián, from the Sanz real estate agency, was terrible. Furthermore, the apartment does not have insurance. All irregularities.

Negative experience: If you pass by the street where the business is located, I advise you to cross it and not look at their display window.

Negative experience: There is never anyone at the real estate agency, they don't answer the phone, and if they do answer, they don't solve anything for you. It seems they are not interested in selling. They promised to call me days ago, and nothing.... Today I went 3 times at different hours, and it was always closed with a sign saying they are on visits. It’s a disgrace!! If you want to sell or rent a property... this is not the place!!!

Negative experience: No la recomiendo, mas bien sí, recomiendo no utilizarla por su baja profesionalidad, mal hacer y poco conocimiento del mercado y seriedad. (SALVO QUE TE GUSTEN LOS LIOS) entonces sí puedes gozar con ellos.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con ellos han sido fatal. No se tratan nosotros con ningún tipo de respeto después que hemos firmado el contrato y pagamos la fianza y alquiler. Cuando teníamos un problema con el piso se negaban a ayudarnos. Ademas, pasaban de nosotros. No recomendaría su empresa a nadie y espero que no acuden a esta agencia por su mal servicio cliente y poco profesionalismo.
