Negative experience: Horrible. I called a week ago to book a viewing of an apartment, I had been calling for a week since they hadn't given me the specific address and no one was answering me. On the day of the viewing, no one showed up and no one answered the phone for a long time. When I was getting tired of waiting, I called again and when they finally answered, they told me that the apartment was already reserved and that's why they hadn't called me. I don't think this lack of care for their work, as well as the lack of attention and responsibility, is normal. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my enemy.

Negative experience: We went to look at an apartment and the service was terrible, to say the least. First, upon entering, she didn’t even invite us to sit down to talk. Then it seemed like she wasn't interested in doing her job, and lastly, I can say that there was a lack of professionalism and customer service that is honestly hard to overcome. And finally, a piece of advice to the girl who attended us: find another job if you don't like what you do.

Negative experience: Stay away from this place. Ladies working there are extremely rude and not willing to help you with anything. It seems as if they have a problem with foreigners or pregnant women. Whatever their problem is , they were unprofessional, disrespectful and uncooperative. I would not recommend it at all!
