Negative experience: Great and wonderful when it comes to renting the apartment. But afterwards... of course, if we don’t agree with the owner returning the deposit, let's talk to him directly (when mediation through their agency was already requested to facilitate the process and they said they would talk to the owner). The agency fee we paid, for what? For nothing apparently. Because when we needed them, they turned their backs on us. Disappointing and terrible. I do not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: For over a month asking for information about a house from Habitaclia and other portals, as well as constant calls telling us that they would return the call without ever doing so. Terrible management and seriousness; I give one star because I can't give less. It's inexplicable or they have little desire to sell, or I can't explain it. In any case, they could have informed about the status of the sale if they had other clients or issues, but not giving any signs of life while having potential clients waiting for a call seems to me a disastrous business management.
