I personally have had bad and some good experiences with real estate agencies and landlords, and I can say that the best experience and treatment has been with them as they do not only look for easy money. The landlords of the apartments, as I have been able to verify, also care about the tenants of the apartments they rent, which is very much appreciated in these times. Regarding the last comment, the only people who may have a problem with the staff at outlet viviendas are those who do not adhere to the tenant-landlord standards because renting an apartment is not just about collecting cash every month without caring about the people inside and without investing in essential repairs, as that is being very rude and mean. Ah, those damages that the property has to take care of serve as a reason not to return a deposit, but well, there has to be a bit of everything in life. In short, very serious and close people; my family and I are happy with them and we recommend them.
