Negative experience: We have an apartment next to one that is for sale as new construction, and the balls that fall onto their terrace (6/7 balls) disappear like magic. You call, and they don't pay any attention; no one knows anything. Some sellers are getting ahead with the little balls, although a little empathy wouldn’t cost anything. I hope you enjoy them and play a lot with them; make the most of them.

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a rental apartment with very specific requirements, and thanks to Adrián, we were signing the contract in just a few days. He was very attentive, kind, and professional, advising and helping us throughout the process. A 10!

Negative experience: I visited FINQUES Farre to rent a studio in Lleida. The receptionist was so respectful. Mrs. Patricia was respectful and helpful, but she didn’t have anything available to rent. The issue was that all rental contracts are made for a long term (1,2 or even 5 years) which forms a bad atmosphere for International students visiting the city for one semester. However, she informed me about something else helpful.
