Yo alquile un piso y tenía muy poca disponibilidad horario y muchísimas dudas, pero el me ayudó en todo! el se movió para ayudarme viniendo a casa en un horario nada habitual… el me recogió las llaves a la faena! Le di toda mi confianza y no me defraudó. Este escrito es poco para lo que me respondió a nivel personal esta inmobiliaria! Sin ninguna duda repetiré en un futuro con Arquitek360!

Negative experience: No em va agradar el tracte dels dos agents. Un, contestava tard al mvl i malament. En una de les ocasions, menjava mentre parlavem çer telèfon i no se l’entenia bé i feia parades mentre parlava. Fatal! No deixava les coses clares i em volia fer veure un pis que jo no havia demanat. Laltre, crec q es el gerent, ens va fer coincidir amb una altra parella al mateix pis i el vam veure a la vegada. A part, de tenir un caràcter amb molt orgull quan li treus inconvenients al què t’explica. Mala experiència en tots els casos.
Hola. Soc el gerent. Parlare equip (comercials/secretaria) per tal de solucionar aquest tipus de incidencies. Per la meva part, informo que no es l'habitual que tinguem 2 visites solapades, imagino que va ser la visita a una torre a torrefarrera fa cosa de 1 setmana. Agraixo els comentaris per tal de poder-ho millorar, de vegades costa molt de perserbre les sensacions que te altres persones.

Hola Andres. No te tengo en la base de datos. Pero imagino que el comercial que gestiono tu alquiler estava en practicas. Por otro lado y en su caso, fue el propietario que escogió a otro cliente con mejor perfil para alquilarle su inmueble. No estan obligados los propietarios que aceptar el primer interesado que les diga que si que quiere el inmueble. Me pregunto si es un perfil falso , pues no has hecho nunca ninguna otra reseñas??
