Negative experience: Respeto al último comentario estoy conforme con lo que dice, se burla de algunas personas, conmigo delante también hizo un par de comentarios en burla de los propietarios, finalmente por otros motivos no compre el piso que fui a ver, pero tampoco quise ver ninguno más con ella.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia fue malísima, fui a ver dos pisos uno en balafia y otro en llivia, la persona responsable de esta inmobiliaria cundo fui a visitar los pisos me hablo muy mal de los propietarios mofándose de porque se vendían los pisos, cuando escuche todo lo que me contaba vi que está inmobiliaria no eran profesionales. Mucho cuidado con ellos, se mofan de los clientes

Negative experience: Good afternoon, these dreadful characters have no shame. On Wednesday, 04-09 at 7:00 PM, we had arranged to visit a house in Vallfogona de Balaguer. Just in case, at 5:00 PM that same day, I called the office to remind them and ensure the visit, as I needed to ask for permission at work to leave early. The visit was confirmed by the person who answered. I arrived with my family at the specified place and time, and at that moment, I received a call from 691437855, the supposed agent, who said he was on his way, leaving Lleida and would arrive in 15 minutes (which was already strange because it takes almost 30 minutes to get there). After waiting more than 45 minutes and repeatedly calling the mobile and the office, NO ONE ANSWERED. I decided to leave the place at 8:00 PM. Not even 24 hours after what happened, NO ONE has returned my call to clarify the situation, let alone apologize. So keep this in mind if you are interested in a property from these characters, considering how they started a supposed real estate negotiation, I can't imagine how the development and final outcome will be.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, I was assisted by a girl named Silvia who guided me with the utmost transparency at all times. She guided me and accompanied me throughout the process with a close and friendly attitude; she took care of everything and I ultimately ended up renting a highly profitable property without any issues in the process. Highly recommended this real estate agency.

Negative experience: On Monday, I had an appointment at 7:30 PM and they showed up at 8:30. I asked them where they were at 7:50... then they told me they had confused the time. Not a big deal, I let it slide. They showed me the apartment and left me alone with my partner for a good while without showing us anything, without explaining the cracks, the orientation, the size of the property, or anything. I asked about the apartment numbers and they couldn't provide them. They didn't explain any features; they only complained alongside us about the issues and defects we found in the apartment. Similarly, today I had two more appointments scheduled with them at 7:30, and they called me at 6 to ask if I confirmed the visit for tomorrow? I told them it was today, and they said they had it noted for tomorrow because everything is booked today and they regret the confusion, but at least this time they called to confirm. Zero professionalism, they don’t convey trust. Considering that my visits are to make a purchase, I see no interest from them as salespeople. I doubt I will contact them again to visit any property. The worst part is not visiting the properties but the time they have wasted for me.

Fantastic experience: A 10 real estate agency, they have helped us at all times both in searching for a house and in managing documents and paperwork. Silvia has provided excellent service, calling us to inform us of any updates regarding the procedures. A very close and family-like treatment, highly recommend 10/10.

Positive experience: From what I read in the reviews, I have had the problem that many others have before me. They changed the visit twice claiming certain issues, finally agreeing on the day of August 19th at 10 in the morning, and surprise, no one shows up. At 10:15, after I called and received no response, they called me apologizing and told me they couldn't show me the property until 11, which I declined as I found it disrespectful and unprofessional. So, after missing work and doing 90 km, 45 each way, I left without seeing the house. On their favor, I will say they have insisted on their apology and in rescheduling the visit.

Negative experience: Incompetent, to what extent they make me waste my time. This real estate agency is lamentable. I had an appointment to sign for a rental apartment and the day before I go because they weren't providing me a copy of the contract (to read it). So they tell me they made a mistake and that we had no appointment, that there was another candidate who had already signed. I have no words, it has been the worst experience with a real estate agency. I won't go back even if they have the best offer of any kind.

Negative experience: I just called them asking about an apartment in a locality where they only have two homes. A woman answered me and asked for the reference number; I don't have it as I'm driving and I mention to her that it's the only apartment they have listed. She keeps asking for the reference number. For the love of God, search and filter by locality since there are only two homes... they don't seem very interested in selling.

Negative experience: I don't know to what extent they want to rent apartments, I have been trying to contact them for almost 2 weeks for an apartment when it was available and there was nothing reserved. Suddenly, they changed the apartment to 'Reserved' without giving any signs of life. At least you could respond to people and not make them chase you.

More than a year of being given the runaround to recover some of the money. They kept what they were interested in from the deposit. (We did not sign a fee contract). It is verifiable information, so I dare to leave a warning for you to act with caution and to have good advice before signing anything. Finally, I recovered part of the money through the lawsuit. Positive experience: con respecto a los comentarios del Sr. Daniel Andreu Rodriguez, yo como propietaria del piso al que hace referencia, quiero aclarar que todos sus comentarios son incorrectos y fuera de lugar. Cuando se le entrego el piso todos los servicios estaban dados de alta, agua-gas y luz, y ahora al dejar el piso él los ha dado de baja!!!!!!! Gestionar el alta de cada uno de ellos tiene un costo, que por cierto es bastante elevado, y consta en el contrato que el piso se entrega con los servicios dados de alta. Solo hay que cambiar el nombre. Si ha decidido por su cuenta dar de baja los servicios lo lógico es que ahora pague por ello. La inmobiliaria se lo informo, pero él con anterioridad o por su cuenta decidio otra cosa. Es lo mismo que si el piso tenia un electrodomestico o cualquiero otra cosa, y al momento de entregarlo falta, eso se cobra. Las condiciones es entregar el piso en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibio. No es correcto que ahora se descargue con la inmobiliaria, la cual ha cumplido con los terminos pactados. Cada uno debe hacerse cargo de sus actos. Como propietaria tengo todo el derecho de recuperar los gastos en los que este señor me ha obligado a pagar por su mala gestion. E publicar algo que no es cierto e insultar a las personas esta fuera de lugar.

Negative experience: Son unos mentirosos,al dejar el piso de alquiler,me dijo una chica que trabaja allí que me diese de baja de los suministros y lo hice.Ahora,la propietaria del inmueble dice que al abono de la fianza descontará el dar de alta los suministros.La agencia niega el haberme dicho tal cosa con tal de no tener la responsabilidad.Encima llamo por telefono y me lo niegan,me vacilan y me cuelgan.Son una basura,lo voy ha dejar en manos de la justicia.

Esperamos 15min. después de la hora acordada, llamo para avisar si van a venir y me dicen que en 10min, vuelvo a llamar porque ya han pasado 45min y me dicen que ahora me llaman haber dónde está el supuesto chico que venía a enseñarme el piso y cuál es mi sorpresa que me dicen que ya está vendido y que me han LLAMADO para anularme la visuta. Los Coj..s, que nariz me van a llamar si la chica que me coje el teléfono me dice que si que tengo una cita agendada a las 19:30. Vamos que ni ellos se aclaran. La PEOR INMOBILIARIA de Lleida. Con nosotros han perdido una venta asegurada CERO RECOMENDABLE
