Negative experience: They charge you the real estate fees when by law it is the owner who is supposed to pay it, and if not, they won't rent you the apartment because 'it is not profitable for the owner'. They label the bill as utility management because charging fees is illegal.

Negative experience: FATAL. I made an appointment to carry out a procedure, they told me: come whenever you want, I went one day and after waiting more than 30' they told me 'we cannot assist you', when there was a person in the office doing nothing. On top of that, in a dismissive and infantilizing tone. I did not like the treatment at all, they could be much more humble and friendly and above all functional, but this is not the place if you care mainly about functionality.

Negative experience: Everything was fine for the rental contract and during the stay, but upon leaving, I was charged for damages that I did not cause in order to leave the apartment ready for the next tenant, it's a shame.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment in terrible condition, being told that they would fix everything. When I started living there, I saw that there were all kinds of pests, that it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, they told me they would paint it and they didn't. Half of the blinds didn't work and they didn't change the names on the bills when I left. I had to leave within a month upon realizing it was dangerous for my children, and when I asked for explanations, they washed their hands of it and kept the money. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!

Negative experience: Intenté alquilar dos locales en dos ocasiones... Que después de varias llamadas y de esperar dos semanas a que me llamen, no me llamen y tenga que seguir insistiendo para que me digan que si no me llaman es porque el local no está disponible, me parece ridículo y penoso. Ojalá no tenga que volver a llamarlos para nada.

Negative experience: ido a preguntar por un piso acabar de entrar me ha visto extranjera no me ha entendido bien y rápido dice el piso ya está resirvado Y me enteraba después que el piso está libre Una señora rasista

Negative experience: Cuando es para buscar y entrar en un piso todos muy simpáticos y atentos, pero para dejar el piso todo son pelotas fuera. Al dejar el piso alquilado, la propietaria no realizó el cambio de nombre de los servicios y me costo 3 meses de peleas conseguir cobrar las facturas a mi nombre cuando ya no estaba en el piso y los de la inmobiliaria no se responsabilizaron de nada, ni tan siquiera se molestaron en hacer de mediadores.

Negative experience: Falta de ética! TRATO DESAGRADABLE! No recomiendo a nadie!. Mi experiencia fue la siguiente: Estuvimos un mes en un apartamento, desde el principio (el primer día)les comentamos que queríamos liberar una cama, para poner un escrito, no nos habían hecho caso. Habían ciertos desperfectos que como dice el contrato deberían ser notificados en un plazo de 15 días, bien pues la persona responsable de comunicárselo al propietario no nos ofreció el número del propietario, lo cual implicó que se lo dijéramos a ella. Esta persona no se lo dijo hasta que nos fuimos, alegando que éste no sabía nada. No nos habían comentado ciertos aspectos de la casa , que ponían nuestra seguridad en peligro, vivíamos en un primero que tenía fácil acceso a un bloque derramado, justo al lado, dónde albergaban personas ilegalmente.Pedimos unas rejas en la ventana para que aquellas personas que subían por las noches en ese espacio ,no pudieran acceder a nosotros y nos dijeron que simplemente estábamos panicados. Además a mi y a mi pareja personalmente nos trataron discriminatoriamente, siendo nosotros "los únicos extranjeros del bloque" es decir que el único peligro que había era nuestra presencia. La conclusión es que, esta empresa, particularmente una empleada, mira solo para el beneficio de la empresa, y no cumple con sus deberes de notificar al propietario no uno sino varios desperfectos (puertas que no cierran, mesa con pata coja, horno que no calienta, mal olor del baño (desde cuando venimos)...), además discrimina, y falta al respecto.

Negative experience: TRATO DESAGRADABLE, te hablan en despectivo y discriminan. FALTA DE ATENCIÓN CON EL CLIENTE, no se hacen responsables de los desperfectos que puedan haber incluso antes de entrar en el piso NO CUMPLEN CON SUS OBLIGACIONES, no informan debidamente al propietario de las incidencias SON DESHONESTOS Y ARROGANTES !! No te cuentan toda la verdad, prefieren ocultar asuntos de gran importancia, además tú siempre tendrás la culpa, de todo lo que esté sucediendo.
