Negative experience: My experience with this agency has been terrible. Before signing the contract, they asked me for a deposit with the written promise that, if I didn't like the apartment after seeing it in person, they would refund my money. However, when I visited the apartment and decided not to rent it because it didn't meet what they had promised, they refused to refund my deposit, clearly breaching the clause. I have tried to contact them several times and have only received excuses and an evasive attitude. It is unacceptable for a real estate agency to act this way, playing with their clients' money and going back on their word. If you are thinking about renting through them, be very careful and make sure to read all the terms carefully, because it is very likely they will try to deceive you. I would not recommend this agency at all; there is a total lack of professionalism and ethics.

First of all, we are sorry for the treatment you received, but we do not have any record of a situation like the one you describe in the entire database of clients of this Best House Real Estate Agency in León. We have great professionals in this Real Estate Agency who comply with legislation and ethics, providing the most effective and professional service to each of our clients, to whom we are committed.
Negative experience: I don't give zero stars because the minimum is 1. Horrible experience, great scammers. They take advantage of students without any shame. We have been living in an apartment that they claimed was 'in perfect condition' for 1 year, and so far we have already had 2 repairs, 4 boiler changes, and leaks with humidity, not to mention the outrageous bills they hid from us. Very poor management, impossible to contact them unless in person. We tried to trust them again to get an apartment, and after many unanswered calls (since the moment it was announced), we realized they had already rented it out (and not because they informed us). To top it off, they put the apartment we are currently living in for rent without us informing them we were leaving. They are more eager to collect than to provide service. EMBARRASSING. I hope many people read this to inform themselves about the little or no professionalism this entity offers and to avoid turning to this band of scammers.

Negative experience: In my personal experience, the service was quite scarce and unprofessional. We called and went to the offices during business hours, and more than once we found no staff present. Additionally, we showed interest in one of the first apartments and received zero follow-up, which caused us to lose the apartment because of it. Personally, I am very dissatisfied.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE experience. The process of selling a house with this real estate agency has been a disaster. They haven't helped me at all; it seems like they want to charge for doing nothing. From the beginning, I told them that I had no idea about the process of selling a property, and instead of explaining things and helping me, they treated me with condescension and assumed that I knew things that I didn’t. I had to talk to the buyer myself and show her the house. I don't quite understand why they charge such a hefty commission. To find a buyer, I could have just posted an ad on any buying and selling site and saved myself from dealing with these unprofessional people. We had some issues with the necessary documentation, and they couldn't explain to me what papers I needed or who I should contact to solve the problem; it seems they don't know how to do their job. I do NOT recommend this real estate agency AT ALL.

Negative experience: A disappointment as a real estate agency and its management. They processed the sale of an apartment, told us they would take care of everything and changes of service names, and a year later we received two debt notifications for services they didn't handle correctly. We called to inform them, and the lady who attended us was rude and unfriendly, in the end, we had to pay for what they didn't manage well back then. I do not recommend it, do not trust what they say they manage, and do everything in writing because in the end, you end up paying for what they didn't do properly.

Negative experience: Hello, we left the deposit for an apartment without seeing it, because they didn't even show it to us. The contract stated that if we were not satisfied with the apartment when we could see it, they would return our money.
