Solo puedo hablar maravillas: siempre dándome feedback, buscando opciones, aportando, haciendo seguimiento... hasta una vez vendido siguió moviéndose para cerrar trámites posteriores a la venta. No puedo estar más contento no solo del resultado, sino del camino. Yo me dedico a la comercialización también, en la península, con lo que mi nivel de exigencia era alto, y la distancia podía ser un problema. Pues en absoluto: Todo el proceso fácil y, en mi opinión, incluso superando lo que considero sus obligaciones profesionales. Cuando he logrado que contesten el teléfono solo me han tomado los datos para poder pasar la solicitud al agente que atiende el inmueble en venta y nunca me han llamado. Insistí en varias ocasiones tanto con el agente (David) como con la propia inmobiliaria sin resultados. Llevo más de 20 días solicitando una cita para visitar el piso.

Negative experience: A terrible experience. The lack of professionalism and respect towards me and my partner is what defined our experience with the real estate agency. Mr. Samuel, an employee of the agency, dedicated the weeks following our departure from the apartment to defaming our image to the new tenants who were going to occupy the apartment we had previously lived in. This person made up stories that we had left the apartment without making a payment (referring to an insurance that was paid weeks after moving into the apartment). Not only did he label us as delinquents and cause psychological harm to us based on lies and bad manners, but he also sent our phone numbers to the new tenants (who informed us of the situation) with a purpose that still seems useless and despicable to me today. What was the need to try to damage our image? Is the company's or this man's policy to talk trash about former tenants who trusted Remax? Where is the protection of our data? Where is the ethical code?

Negative experience: I want to share my experience to warn other potential customers. Two months ago, I made a booking for accommodation with Pepa Oliva Pérez and her partner Cristian Ayala for an amount of 670 euros. However, since then, I have not received either a refund of my money or the confirmation of the house that I supposedly booked. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have been completely ignored. The most concerning part is that Pepa Oliva Pérez (the real estate advisor of this establishment) is also involved in this situation, as I have not received any response or solution from her either. I feel that I have been a victim of a scam and I feel obligated to warn others so they don’t go through the same. Such practices are unacceptable and harm people who are just looking for a place to stay. I urge anyone considering booking with them to think twice and, if possible, avoid it to not risk losing their money like I have.
