They are the ones who charge the highest commissions. In my case, after that ordeal, they showed me an apartment in a location different from the one indicated when making the appointment, which was of no interest to me at all and was a waste of time.

They are incompetent and are up for anything to close the sale and collect their huge commission.

Negative experience: They call the doorman saying they are going to leave advertising in the mailbox and then go door to door asking if you are selling your house. This is the 10th time this month that they have done this, plus all the previous times. They are very annoying; stop going to houses that have already told you more than 3 times that you won’t sell.

Negative experience: Recientemente, me interesé por un inmueble que esta oficina tenía en venta. Despues de dar una señal para hacer la oferta las condiciones que inicialmente hablamos no se correspondían con las que posteriormente se concretaron y tanto el vendedor como yo como comprador no quedamos nada satisfechos con la gestión ya que las dos partes nos sentimos engañadas y así se lo hicimos saber al agente inmobiliario que fue muy poco profesional. Ni siquiera pude pedir explicaciones al franquiciado porque nunca dió la cara y dejó toda la responabilidad en el agente inexperto que nos atendió. Como consejo: MUCHO CUIDADO CON LAS SEÑALES QUE DEIS Y CON LOS PAPELES QUE FIRMEIS. No son una inmobiliaria cercana que entienda las necesidades del cliente. Su principal meta es cerrar la venta a cualquier precio.
