Negative experience: Terrible treatment, we have been living in a flat 'managed' by Jonas for a year and it has been a very unpleasant experience. He never cared about the condition of the flat or the problems we had with furniture or appliances. He always spoke to us with arrogance and was constantly passive-aggressive. He treated us as if we were foolish when we asked for the bare minimum and blamed us for damages in the flat that were due to his complete mismanagement and lack of attention. We paid for his services for nothing as we received absolutely none. We did everything ourselves and managed the accounts since there was no trust in him. We even had to redo the calculations for the deposit because he wanted us to pay more than we should have, and luckily we checked everything. It was very uncomfortable to have to manage things with him as we were never listened to, we always received inaccurate responses, and nothing was resolved thanks to him, but rather through us speaking directly with the landlord when that was supposed to be his job. In fact, on one occasion, he told one of my roommates, 'let this be the last time you talk to the landlord.' Overall, terrible.

Negative experience: You call about a house that appears for sale on their website, and a rather rude man answers who ends up telling you that it is sold and hangs up on you without even saying goodbye. I give 1 star for the treatment; I don't know how they will be when it comes to managing a purchase or sale.
