Negative experience: I come to comment on my terrible experience with this real estate agency and the owner they manage the property for at Horno de San Agustín street number 20. I visited the property with my partner, where we were received by the man from the agency. After this, I had to meet the owner via video call, who was very interested, by the way, in knowing whether I had studied in a Catholic school like she did, to categorize me and get an idea about my worth as a person. A test that I perhaps did not pass, since I come from a public school. The case is that they told us we could move into the property at the beginning of October, and I was talking to her throughout the previous week in a cordial and relaxed tone, typical of the education we both have, or so I thought. We paid the fees, deposit, and for the month of October, totaling more than €3,000. After notifying our home that we were leaving, vacating the garage, selling furniture, and packing all our things, on October 2nd, the day she was supposed to give us the keys (a day late), she decided, two hours prior, that she would not rent us the property, that she wouldn't answer the phone, and did not provide any explanation, thus demonstrating a totally immature, cowardly, irresponsible, and rude attitude, of which surely, she would not feel very proud in her Catholic school. My complaint regarding the real estate agency is due to their lack of communication, leaving us stranded, and not showing more than two phone calls that same day. The story is always the same, those who suffer are the tenants. They did not offer us solutions, advice, or another similar property to at least ease the insolence of the owner. If the tenant puts down the reservation and, as in our case, the owner backs out without any excuse, we are left helpless, but if we back out, the agency keeps the money. I hope this serves as a warning to others.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for everything, it made my experience in Granada a lovely time. I was there for about a year and there were a lot of locations that were not allowing short contracts, but thankfully they helped us out and I stayed in front of the Cathedral during my time in Granada, Spain. Through all the situations that occurred they helped us and explained a bit of the area around so it was very helpful. The location was great; you can see the Cathedral from the balcony and there is a plaza behind the apartments and another if you walk a few minutes. Plus, all the stores are within walking distance. Thank you for everything. I spent a few months in Granada and have a beautiful memory of my home. It is located in the center and close to the cathedral (since that was our view). Despite everything that happened in the accommodation, they helped us resolve the issues as soon as possible.

Negative experience: Le pongo una estrella porque no se puede valorar con menos. Concertamos una cita el día de antes para ir a ver un piso. Vivimos a 600 kilómetros de Granada e íbamos hacía allá con el solo motivo de verlo para alquilarlo. Cuando estábamos llegando allí, vimos que el anuncio había sido dado de baja la tarde anterior y por eso lo llamamos. El mismo profesional que había hablado con nosotros y concertado la cita a las cinco de la tarde había alquilado ya el piso a otras personas. Por favor, no confieis en esta inmobiliaria, ya que después de hablar cuatro veces el día de antes para que nos diera información y confirmar la visita, nos defraudó por completo.
