Negative experience: I was deceived by this real estate agency. When we went to see the apartment, I noticed moisture stains on the baseboards, and the agent told me that they were the dog's pee from the previous tenant and that they were going to touch it up and repair it. But in reality, these are construction defects from the builder that were concealed from me, and now we are waiting for a trial with the builder who owned the apartment. Be aware, the whole building has the same problem.
