Negative experience: SCAMMERS STAYING WITHIN THE LINE OF LEGALITY BUT NOT OF ETHICS. During the sale of my house, I was attended by Alfredo, who had the audacity to lie to the buyers by telling them that the furniture in the house was included in the price, knowing that this was not the case. He maintained the lie until the day of signing the deposit, at which point there was only a sofa and a bit more in the inventory, which I agreed to give them for free. About a week after the signing, the buyers noticed that I was taking my furniture and the mess started. After presenting my complaint about what happened to Pablo (the head of the real estate agency) and telling him that we should refund the deposit to the buyers without any penalty due to the bad faith of his worker, he responded that despite not having completed the entire sale process, he was still going to charge his fees. In the end, I decided to give the buyers some more furniture because it felt worse to see them in that discomfort, feeling obligated to buy the house to avoid losing part of their deposit. Regarding the fees, they also lie. They tell you they will charge three or four percent, but they try to hide until they send you the invoice that VAT is not included.
Respecto a su comentario, empezando por el final, en el encargo de venta que usted nos hace, lee y firma y después de firmarlo en el último párrafo pone que puede anularlo y romperlo hasta 14 días después, viene claramente escrito que a los honorarios se suma el 21% de IVA. Después de haberle ayudado a poner en orden su casa que en un primer momento estaba como local con uso de restaurante y a que regulalizara usted varias obras ilegales que había hecho sin permiso del Ayuntamiento, una vez que le acompañamos al Ayuntamiento a que regulalizara sus obras ilegales, a que hiciera escrituras nuevas, a que registrara correctamente su inmueble para que se pudiera vender como vivienda y a la vez negocio, todo esto durante muchos meses, por parte de nuestra oficina y nuestro agente Alfredo, dedicando muchas horas durante varios meses y sin cobrar nada, una vez regularizado todo pusimos su inmueble a la venta, consiguiendo un comprador en el precio que a usted le pareció bien. El que usted desmontara los lavabos de los baños y desmantelara casi toda la casa y a los compradores y nosotros no nos pareciera correcto (en todas las ventas que hemos hecho hasta ahora ningún cliente se ha llevado los lavabos de los baños) y que al final recapacitara y dejara allí los lavabos con su mueble y algún otro mueble de acuerdo con los compradores. Siempre somos muy claros con nuestros clientes, y para que no haya ninguna duda, todo lo ponemos por escrito y lo explicamos claramente, tal y como he explicado al principio. De hecho llevamos 7 años consecutivos siendo elección del consumidor en España entre otras cosas por nuestro servicio de calidad y transparencia. Y como es lógico después de más de un año ayudándole a usted a poner en orden y en la legalidad su inmueble primero y una vez hecho esto conseguirle un comprador al precio que usted aceptó y además cobrarle unos honorarios inferiores a los que habíamos quedado en un principio, sorprendentemente en vez de estar agradecido, y contento de haber conseguido vender una propiedad de muy difícil venta ya que el comprador se obliga a vivir allí para explotar las habitaciones turísticas que alquila, nos pone este comentario totalmente injusto y que además de tener un montón de faltas de ortografía, falta a la verdad. Fantastic experience: Profesionales cien por cien, te esplican muy bien y te informan de todo con mucha seriedad, es una inmobiliaria de Chapions. Trato cercano y solo nos a bastado unas fotos sacadas con un buen móvil. Porque, hantes de realizar una proyección de fotos, con vistas panoramicas, han vendido el inmueble.
