Negative experience: Painful experience, very little reliability if any. We felt completely deceived.

Negative experience: My experience at Inmobiliaria Soto is the worst. I saw a super cool apartment for 68,000 euros and contacted the phone number in the ad to schedule a visit. Later, I canceled the visit because the next day I finished early and called the guy to show me the apartment. It was in the morning on a working day, and he didn't answer. I wrote to him, but he also didn't respond. I went to the real estate agency, and the owner explained what happened. He showed me the apartment, which I was interested in, and I told him so. He said the expenses in addition to the apartment were 6,000 euros. I left there and called him again a little later, and he told me that the total expenses were about 8,000 euros and that he wouldn't take care of anything at all. In the afternoon, the collaborator who saw my morning messages wrote to me and said he would show me the apartment the next day. I told him I had already seen it with the owner, and since he didn’t respond to my messages, I went directly to the agency. He then told me that he charges 2,000 euros for his fees. I asked him what fees since he hadn't shown me the apartment, and he kept saying that I shouldn't have gone to the agency and should have waited for him to show it to me. So, I called the owner and mentioned this, and he told me why I shouldn't pay the guy since it didn't matter to him. I said because he hadn't shown me the apartment, so why should I pay him? To this, the owner told me to pay him 10,000 euros for all the expenses, and that it’s just going up every time.
