Negative experience: The worst experience of all; we left the apartment to rent it out at this place, and instead of protecting us, they advised the tenant to squat; we spent a year in court just to evict him, all thanks to this real estate agency, they are despicable.

Negative experience: Find out beforehand on other platforms, as they are well-known in the Port. A lifelong resident, with a real and fixed payroll, both mine and my husband's. I contacted them to inquire about the rental of a house, and Paz attended me, quickly passing me to Gabriel, who listened to me and gave me hope. During that same call, he suggested going to see the house, which I agreed to. When we finished viewing it, he requested 2 months of deposit, the month to move in, the month for the agency fee, plus their fees, which were never disclosed to me. Not feeling satisfied, he also mentioned a guarantor, since my husband has been with the company for a short time. I told him that I have never needed a guarantor for renting a house in my life. He convinced me that he would manage to reduce the deposit by one month and lower the rent from 650 to 600, and he achieved everything, but no guarantor means no rental. It feels like I'm renting the Moncloa. The saga doesn’t end there; I kept calling about apartments and got in touch with another one, not realizing it was the same agency. A girl attended me, who did not identify herself, and told me to see the apartment without a problem until I gave her my details and found out that I had already spoken to Paz, whom I had never seen and talked to for 2 minutes. At that moment, she said the apartment couldn’t be viewed and that she would contact me. Until today. They give no opportunities to locals; they are money-grabbers bordering on illegality when they ask for 2 months of deposit, the agency's month, and not to mention, their fees. They only create problems.
