Negative experience: I give one star because you can't put zero. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY. At first, the treatment was good and friendly, even during the visit to see the rental. The girl Marta was very bad, initially friendly, but then the issues started with the payslips, when they were a very good amount, so I decided to thank them for everything and keep looking. She started calling me and my partner and messaging me that I wasn't responding, throwing it in my face that she had waited for me to decide, when she still told me that the rental was still being shown and that there were very interested people. Previously, there was a lot of pressure for us to keep the rental. EVERYTHING IS A LIE. Very bad treatment, they give little trust, I don't know about the other workers but the experience I had was very bad. VERY DISSATISFIED.

Negative experience: If you can, run away from this real estate agency! Workers like Marta or the boss himself have no idea about legislation but advise you as if they did, and that's where the danger lies. They think the client is stupid, but they've hit a wall with me. I don't recommend any owner to leave their flats in their hands. They managed the rental of my flat in a disastrous, even negligent manner. There are other agencies in Ceuta that are much more professional than this one. I'm telling you, if you can, ...run away.

Negative experience: SHAME on the real estate agency, as they cannot charge fees due to the change in the law, they charge 'visit and processing' fees and instead of having a stipulated price, it is the price of the apartment's rent, which equates to the FEES. However, the treatment from the guy at the real estate agency, Alejandro, was very good.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this real estate agency, specifically with Mariola. Payment was made in cash every month. More than 2 months with the broken shutter until they finally put up some blackout curtains so I could sleep. They returned the deposit 2 months later and deducted part of it for cleaning costs and a 'broken' remote control (the apartment was left clean upon our departure and the remote didn't function for turning the TV on and off). In short, very bad experience. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all, we are not the only dissatisfied tenants.

Negative experience: few professionals, not serious at all, especially Mariola (little education and a liar) she keeps telling you the requirements little by little (which become excuses), once she takes her part of the deposit, the treatment is different! I do not recommend them! I gave one star because it wouldn't let me publish it, they don't deserve any!!

Negative experience: Bad experience in the end because they completely disregard everything and blame you so they don’t have to take responsibility for anything. Arrogant treatment and no compassion, especially from the worker Marta. Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: One star is too much. The worker Mariola is arrogant and very disrespectful. She has no respect for her clients and only lied to us. They scammed us out of 900 euros for an apartment we never entered. She lied to our faces, selling us things and pressuring us to pay, and then keeping our money. SCAMMERS! Negative experience: Malos profesionales, estaba interesada en un piso de alquiler y tras 3 llamadas sigo esperando la visita, por redes sociales me enteré de que ya la habían alquilado, nada recomendables.

Positive experience: No tengo ninguna experiencia, pero llamé para poner una casa en venta y no cogieron el teléfono. Fue en horario que ponía abierto en página web y luego no me devolvieron la llamada. Pienso que deberían tener un registro de llamadas porque se trata de un nuevo cliente en este caso no?

Negative experience: Falta de profecionalidad y estafadores Firmas una cosa bien especificada y luego aplican una cláusula ficticia
