Fantastic experience: We are very excited about the service that was offered to us as tenants. Even with a problem at a supermarket (the credit card was charged, although we were told that payment was not possible, and we paid in cash), the Hoffmann company helped us immediately and clarified the matter for us! We were received and bid farewell very warmly and felt very well taken care of! Thank you for the great vacation.

Positive experience: House rented with this agency from July 15 to 29, very pleasant stay, very professional, they even count the small spoons, so be careful to check well upon arrival. Quiet, old-fashioned house but nice for vacation, pool with canal view, and dogs are accepted Fluvia 38/40.

Negative experience: This is a review from the perspective of a landlord. Perhaps also interesting. Basically, one can say that the agency is indeed well-established, has many properties, and the staff is really nice and linguistically competent. However, if you think you can confidently hand over your property to the agency in the belief that they will take care of its condition or even cheekily expect that at the end of a season you might earn a small contribution to the maintenance reserve, you are on the wrong track. All contacts with service providers such as gardeners, pool service, cleaning staff, etc. are always expensive, which could be tolerable, but in rare instances, when as a landlord you check what has been done, you face massive disillusionment. You also have no say, and they simply charge what they want. Of course, this happens at the end of a season in an incomprehensible way and of course also deducted from the small amounts that remain with the landlord (also everything handwritten and usually in Catalan). As a landlord, less than 50% of the collected fees remain, and from that, all costs are deducted. You basically always come out with a red or black zero. Out of gratitude to the agency, landlords should then take care of all matters at their own expense that do not fall below the de minimis threshold. Communication between the agency and owners only takes place at our request. Occupancy plans come delayed by email upon request and are handwritten. It does not create trust. Another highlight. When reserving for personal use, there was a misunderstanding. Upon arrival at your own house, it is found that the house is rented, although according to the occupancy plan it should have been free. Unfortunately, it is difficult to provide evidence here and therefore no accusations can be made, but you definitely always have the uneasy feeling that money is being made behind your back in your own home. And the best for last. Because these and other circumstances of course disturb you, you make the heartbreaking decision to sell the property that has been in the family for decades with another agent. As a consequence, without prior notice, no official rentals were conducted anymore and the house was left to itself. I have rarely experienced such cheekiness in my life. And all this at the expense of the property of other people. We will definitely continue to rent with another agency and hopefully have more positive experiences.

Negative experience: We have been coming to Empuriabrava regularly for over 20 years and have booked with Hoffmann Immo several times. We have recommended Hoffmann Immo to many friends and acquaintances and until now we have never had any reason for complaint. However, this year was the last time we booked here and we will not recommend the company Hoffmann to anyone anymore! Regarding the details: From 23.07.22 to 06.08.22, we booked a holiday home with pool and jetty on the canal together with the M. family. The landlord offered a 'completely enclosed property with parking space for several vehicles'. This was also very nicely depicted in the listing pictures. However, we were not aware that a large boat was parked on the property. We arrived with two vehicles and both had a trailer, which we then had to park unsecured IN FRONT of the house. As soon as we entered the house, we noticed that two sockets with cables were hanging from the wall to the floor. One wonders if the house was even cleaned beforehand for 190 euros or if the cleaning staff showed complete ignorance here. Fortunately, we didn't bring any small children - otherwise, this could have ended badly. As I am an electrician, I secured both sockets myself. The rooms were in very bad condition - a cabinet door under the sink was broken. Many tiles were defective. There were ANTS in each of the rooms, even in the bathrooms!! When the old electric stove was turned on together with the old dishwasher, suddenly ALL the electricity was gone!!! However, all the fuses in both fuse boxes were still in place. After several phone calls (on Sunday), we learned that there was an electricity meter box outside the entrance gate. There you had to press a button and the electricity came back. When troubleshooting, I opened the main fuse box in the house beforehand and found that the residual current circuit breaker (FI) was completely burnt and simply bypassed improperly. Something like this borders on a life-threatening situation and is prosecuted in Germany! Outside the house on the property, there were several earth wasp nests, which were removed by the service workers but were back the very next day. My wife and our dog were stung multiple times by the wasps. In the meantime, the house has been taken off the rental market by Immo Hoffmann. A justified request for a 10% compensation was rejected on the grounds that 'we immediately took care of all complaints'. It's a shame really… Addition: Negative reviews corresponding to the truth are deleted here after a short time.

Negative experience: The Hoffmann company trespasses on private properties in Empuriabrava just to take pictures for their Instagram page. That is trespassing! To me, this company is very unreliable.

Negative experience: Wir hatten im September ein kleines Haus am Kanal gebucht. Leider war dies beim Einzug sehr dreckig (Haare und Staub auf dem Boden, Besteck, Gläser und Töpfe verschmutz. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte auch nicht richtig und wir mussten dreimal zur Wäscherei im Ort und das auf eigene Kosten - es war sogar ein bekanntes Problem und dann frage ich mich wieso sowas nicht vor Einzug kontrolliert wird. Auch ein Fön war nicht im Haus obwohl ich bei der Buchung danach gefragt hatte. Ein Kindersitz kostet 20€ die Woche - bei zwei Wochen 40€ - absolut zu teuer. Bei Ikea bekomme ich das für 14€ und er gehört mir. Das Bett war auch komplett wackelig und die Ledercouch hatte einen großen Schnitt auf der Sitzfläche. Wäscheklammern waren auch fast alle kaputt usw... Die Frage für ein „Entgegenkommen “ wurde gekonnt ignoriert. Schade !

Herzlichen Dank an unsere Urlaubsretter!! Die gesamte Abwicklung war völlig problemlos und unkompliziert! Danke für den schönen Urlaub! Unser Hund Paul bedankt sich ebenfalls sehr und wurde sehr herzlich aufgenommen :). Nur zu empfehlen!!

Fantastic experience: Wie in bereits vielen Jahren zuvor fragten wir dieses Jahr relativ kurzfristig bei Immobiliaria Hoffmann nach einem Ferienhaus mit Pool für eine Woche im Juni. Vom ersten Antwort-Kontakt per Mail, über die Klärung aller Formalitäten, die Anreise, Schlüssel Übergabe, während des Aufenthalts bei Rückfragen bis zur für uns entspannten und unkomplizierten Rückübergabe der Immobilie war das Team von Immobilien Hoffmann in Empuriabrava wieder genau die richtige Wahl! Negative experience: Die vermittelte Ferienwohnung war in keinem guten Zustand, was nicht so schlimm gewesen wäre, hätte man uns nicht einen Einrichtungsgegenstände in Rechnung gestellt, der vorher kaputt war. Auf mein Schreiben in dem ich dagegen protestierte erhielt ich keine Antwort. Wir buchen nicht mehr bei Immobilien Hoffmann!

Fantastic experience: Waren das neunte mal hier, verschiedene Wohnungen bez. Häuser bewohnt, alle sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Team ist Weltklasse ,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Können 2020 leider nicht. Für 2021 aber schon wieder gebucht. Das sagt eigentlich alles.

Fantastic experience: Wir haben das erste Mal über Immobilien Hoffmann gebucht und wir müssen sagen, dass wir sehr begeistert waren. Der persönliche Kontakt vor Ort war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Positiv ist ebenfalls zu erwähnen, dass mehrere Sprachen gesprochen werden (deutsch, spanisch, englisch, französisch). Das gebuchte Haus war extrem sauber und schön, wir fühlten uns ab der ersten Sekunde wohl. Die Bilder im Internet spiegelten genau das wieder, was wir live vor Ort vorgefunden haben. Der Urlaub verging leider viel zu schnell. Wir würden bei Immohoffmann definitiv wieder buchen.

Negative experience: Grundsätzlich nettes, mehrsprachiges Team,.....aber ...die vermietete Immobilie war zwar halbwegs sauber... 170€ Endreinigung für so eine kleine Fläche sind jedoch unverschämt und es war eindeutig Verbesserungspotential. Zudem war der Außenbereich in schlechtem Zustand, obwohl damit geworben wird, dass Immo Hoffmann sich auch darum kümmert! (Unkraut, Hundekot, Palme in schlechtem Zustand, Gartenmöbel voll Vogelkot usw...) Leider ist uns ein Essteller kaputt gegangen, was wir auch gleich gemeldet haben. Dafür wurden uns 10€ abgeknüpft...angeblich für den Vermieter!!! Auf die Quittung/den Beleg warten wir wohl trotz Nachfrage vergebens. #Schwarzgeld Das Beste ist jedoch, dass die Google-Rezensionen hier von den Mitarbeitern selbst getätigt werden....haha. Sehr repräsentativ! Wenn man siwas schon macht, sollte man zumindest nicht seinen richtigen Namen verwenden. In Empuriabrava gibt es Immo-Büros wie Sand am Meer. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal garantiert woanders buchen!

Wir haben alles in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand angetroffen. Es spiegelt sich alles genauso wieder wie es beschrieben Wurde. Hunde sind ebenfalls sehr wilkommen.Das Personal verfügt über ein perfektes Arrangement, alle Damen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Immobilienfirma nur weiter empfehlen.
