Buenos dias Sr Sanchez . En 1er lugar disculparme de parte de la empresa si ha tenido una sensacion de mala comunicacion con nosotros . La negociacion de la casa que a usted le gustaba la lleve yo , Oscar Casares personalmente desde el minuto 1 , creo que en todo momento le llame y le informé y ademas le dije tambien de la situacion delicada del propietario que tiene una enfermedad muy grave asi que tardaria en darnos una respuesta . Lamento que al final la operacion no haya podido llegar a buen puerto y por eso usted no este satisfecho con nosotros pero creame que nos preocupamos y mucho de nuestros clientes y nuestros vendedores , precisamente por eso en un caso asi ( de enfermedad grave que usted ya estaba al corriente ) debemos respetar los tempos del propietario . Mis disculpas de nuevo si usted a tenido una sensacion equivocada de nosotros y desde luego restaremos a su disposicion por si necesita cualquier cosa . Muchas gracias Saludos Oscar Casares Marin
