Fantastic experience: there aren’t many words to express our appreciation for the care diligence and speed in which Manuela was able to get this done on our behalf. As an American living in a remote location such as Guam, Manuela made the process feel so effortless and advocated for us each step of the way. From helping us with the apostille process, securing a great deal on our mortgage as foreigners and translating all of our concerns and request to the seller, I honestly feel like we owe her much more money than we were charged for her services. This would not have been possible without Manuela and her team. From begining to end and even ensuring we were part of the process by having us on video since we were not able to be present, she made this such an amazing experience. If anyone is looking to buy a home in Spain as a foreigner I highly recommend Manuela and her team. what other people quoted as a long process that could take anywhere from 6 months to a year as a foreigner, Manuela got it done in under 4 months and we were never present during the entire process. Negative experience: Nos han avisado menos de dos horas antes de que no se iba a realizar la visita. Según la mujer que nos ha llamado, "porque habían hecho una propuesta económica a la dueña de la casa". Nos habíamos desplazado desde otro municipio, a 110km, y sabían, desde el día anterior, que no nos iban a enseñar la vivienda por motivos tan peregrinos como el esgrimido. Tenedlo en cuenta por si pensáis tratar con ellas: no tienen seriedad ni profesionalidad alguna, y muestran poco o ningún respeto por el tiempo de sus potenciales clientes.
Era una vivienda muy muy económica, y estaba teniendo muchos compradores intresados, y propuestas, anteriores a su visita, se os informó de la situación y se os propuso aún así visitarla, ( no sabíamos que usted venia de Algeciras hasta el momento de la llamada) pero ustedes muy enfadados, os negasteis, puedo entender la indignación, ojalá hubiésemos tenido más casas parecidaso similares, para poder enseñárselas ese día, pero desgraciadamente no fue el caso, nuestra intención fue en todo momento informaros de la situación real de la casa, lo sentimos mucho en nombre de todo el equipo, esperamos sinceramente que encuentren la casa que están buscando
Negative experience: Nos gastamos el dinero en tasar un piso, al final el banco nos acepto la hipoteca pero como se "adelanto" uno con € nos dieron de lado ignorando todo lo que estabamos haciendo. Por cierto tampoco nos dejaron señalar para que se le llevara el otro. No existen clientes exiten €

Negative experience: Mala experiencia con esta inmobiliaria. Jamas volvere a llamar o informarme de nada en esta inmobiliaria por incompetentes. Vi una casa en venta y llame para informarme sobre el anuncio recién publicado. Resulta que el piso que vendían aun estaba con inquilinos en alquiler dentro y no se podía visitar así que quedamos en que me llamarían la siguiente semana que seria cuando los inquilinos que estaban de alquiler se irian y ya así si poder concertar una visita y poder ver el piso. Al ver que paso una semana y no me llamaban para poder visitarla decidí de volver a llamarlos a ver que pasaba ya que estaba bastante interesado en la compra de esa casa. Incluso hable con la mujer que me antendio que le preguntara al dueño de dicha casa las opciones que darían para comprar. Mi sorpresa fue que cuando llamé es que ya la habían vendido y ni siquiera me avisaron para poder verla o por lo menos para avisarme de que ya había sido vendida. Me parece de muy poco profesionales que jueguen así con la gente ya que para mi era una buena oportunidad de compra porque me encajaba muy bien tanto la zona del piso como el precio. Así que muy desilusionado...
