Negative experience: I have been in Spain for two weeks contacting the real estate agent to buy a house, I get assigned an agent, I have to call, I did, the number doesn’t exist, I sent an email and he will get in touch. I asked questions about the house via email and heard nothing for 3 days. I reach out again and suggest going to see the house to see if we like it, and haven't heard anything back. Well, Fernando, if you’re reading this, it’s too late, it’s a scandal to treat customers this way. My days are almost up and we’re going home. This is just not done, so people, if you want to deal with this agent, make sure to take at least a year off or just don’t do it, period.

Negative experience: What a SHAME of a real estate agency. I personally went to the office and they took my information because the agent was not there and supposedly he would call me (I never received any call). Months later, I called again and the agent was still not in the office, and once again they told me the same thing, that they would take my information and that the agent would call me... A couple of weeks later I called again and obviously the agent was not there either, and again they said they would take my information, which they already had after two previous times, and that he would call me. To this day, I still have not received any information, what a pity for this company!

They tell us that they will handle the invoice themselves!!! No refund of the deposit so far!! Waiting for the resolution of the case legally!!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this real estate agency at all, lack of professionalism from minute one. They advertised the property with extras that we didn't know if we would have until the very last moment of the purchase, so don't trust what they publish and always request a signed inventory in the reservation contract, not afterwards. The purchasing process took longer than necessary because they weren't attentive to the documentation, they didn't advise us at any moment and we even had to go to their office to demand information after repeated calls without clarification. Fortunately, my bank organized all the documentation so we could sign on time because their disorganization was such that we arrived at the notary and one of the sellers had been notified the same day of the signing... in short, they took 2% of the property's price just for changing the water and electricity and showing me the property, a disgrace!!!

It's all delays and more delays to see if they can keep the deposit, we've been trying for a month to get our deposit back and we are still waiting.
