Negative experience: Those people have no shame. Before you rent an apartment with them, you need to know how they treat their tenants. We have water leaking from a wall in the apartment; the community technician has told us it's sewage water from a downpipe, and after receiving this information, the Property Management has taken not days, not weeks -- months. They do NOTHING, they give us the runaround, false promises that they will fix it. Meanwhile, we have to breathe urine at home. And we pay the rent every month, as if nothing is happening. Yes, in the end, we are going to sue them because we have no other choice, but hiring a lawyer is not free either, so keep that in mind, renting with them can be expensive.

Negative experience: The experience with them is very improvable. They do not generate trust with the client even though I have a rental contract for the next 5 years. Whenever they can, they try to sneak any miserable amount into the bill, the contract they offered me was abusive, we had to renegotiate many clauses... Little professionalism, it seems a shame to have to be like this with my rental apartment.

Negative experience: Well, my experience with this real estate agency, in acquiring a property from ServiHabitat, has been nothing short of disastrous. ServiHabitat assigned me to them as an API, we visited the property and everything was perfect. They processed the offer with ServiHabitat to try to secure the property for me. Thanks to Ms. Marta from this agency, everything was perfect, smooth, and very professional. My surprise came when I received an email from ServiHabitat saying that 'your request to cancel your offer has been processed and we will refund the amount transferred.' I called Marta (who is, I insist, very professional) to tell her that I had not canceled my offer, and she said that when ServiHabitat receives a higher offer, they cancel the others, all in a tone that seemed very, very strange to me. I contacted ServiHabitat, and they told me it was the API who had requested to cancel my offer and that they do not cancel them if another higher offer is presented. At this point, I began to smell something fishy and started to think that they had other interests. I decided that same day to change APIs and have my offer processed again (again paperwork, signatures, etc.). I could not have made a more accurate decision; in 15 days, I was signing before a Notary the purchase of the property. It's a shame because the person who handled everything for me was very professional, but I believe her superior was moving by other interests, and in the end, they ended up not selling that apartment. You cannot hide information from clients and say things that are not true. In any case, I am happy to have signed my purchase!

I was interested in a place in Barcelona, they contacted me to go see it, they told me the day and time and I even went to the location before the agent (Rubén) arrived. Negative experience: Dos años de mobbing y costante acoso inmobiliario. Dos años de amenazas costantes tramite mail por parte de esta agencia. Me tratan como una criminal y me acosan de manera agresiva desde el 2022, cuando firme el contrato. Son 10 años que vivo sola entre Italia, España y Francia, trabajo y estudio moda, nunca me habia pasado algo asi en ningun caso de contrato de alquiler, un trato y un servicio, conmigo por lo meno, pesimo, horrible indigno. La única cosa positiva de esta agencia fue Marco De li Castelli, agente immobiliare simpatico y disponible, puedo hablar bien solo de el por lastima.

Negative experience: Esta empresa es de lo peor, el agente que hace ofertas ofrece local y aun asi aceptando todo lo que te dicen te deja colgando semanas y semanas haciendo te perder el tiempo, sin contestar y siempre con miles de escusas baratas, no recomiendo para nada esta empresa. Esta empresa no se merece ni que le pongan una estrella.

En concreto con el departamento de residencial que siempre me ha asesorado correctamente, garantizandome un buen inquilino. Siempre han realizado un buen filtro a la hora de seleccionarlos. Negative experience: No nos devolvieron una parte de la fianza pero nunca fueron capaz de darnos los documentos que lo justifican (facturas de obras, photos etc...), cuidado. ..

No se los recomiendo a nadie, cero profesionalidad, a mi pareja y a mi nos hicieron perder el tiempo al alquilar un piso, diciéndonos que esperaban respuesta de la propietaria cuándo ni la habían contactado todo esto el comercial Victor, encima cobran un 12% de anualidad, un robo y mal trato encima.

Negative experience: Mucho cuidado con ellos. Nos alquilaron un piso en Barcelona que estaba en proceso de embargo bancario. Cuando se les reclamó por no informarnos con antelación, la persona de la Inmobiliaria que hizo la gestión, no quiso saber nada del asunto, no atendiendo a llamadas y haciendo caso omiso de todas nuestras quejas.
