While other agencies and banks saw obstacles, Xavier saw solutions. He navigated every hurdle, coordinated perfectly with the bank and notary, and ensured we met a very tight deadline to sign the deal. His dedication went beyond just 'selling a house'; he was a true partner who made sure I got the keys to my dream apartment in the Gothic Quarter. If you are an international buyer looking for someone who can make the impossible happen, ask for Xavier.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, from the first salesperson to the boss named Markus. Lacking professionalism and arrogant.

Negative experience: We’ve had the most difficult transaction with Sotheby’s, first they don’t receive emails apparently (who knows, it’s either in their spam or they don’t bother to look), so they keep asking for the same thing over and over again even after you sent it. The worst part is that they turned us both seller and buyer against each other, by keeping information to themselves, not enabling us to have clear and direct communication and adding fuel to the flames when it served them. Wrongful conduct at its finest and there was no apology or explanation whatsoever. One of those agencies that will do whatever it takes to get their commission and the heck with the rest.
