My husband and I had a deposit contract that we didn't know how to proceed with, so my mother got in touch with them and they didn't hesitate to lend us a hand and help us. We provided them with the documents so they could advise us, they took notes and quickly informed us of our options and gave us advice. Furthermore, they indicated that they wanted to know how everything was evolving to see that their solution had yielded the expected results. In the end, we managed to sort everything out. We greatly appreciate the help they provided us, the speed and efficiency. Of course, we recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: At first, when dealing with them, when they were here on Calle Nuria in Terrassa, the staff working in that office were super kind, attentive, and empathetic! A couple or three weeks ago... The secretary handling the matters in Terrassa (I suppose) hasn’t stopped bombarding me via WhatsApp with super annoying and lately threatening messages. The issue is that I received a garbage tax and I told her I would pay before the end of the year... (Due to personal issues) And two days later, with the bad attitude that characterizes her, she sends me two more receipts to pay... When I don't even know where those two came from, and the excessive amount... I don’t know if the property owners are aware of this, or if the owners of that real estate agency order their staff to behave like buffoons! The truth is that with the times we are going through, and the great need that many people have to work... they hire incompetent people!!!

Fantastic experience: We rented an apartment in Barcelona and the entire management process was quick and smooth, the staff was very friendly and they resolved all our questions about the contract, communication was also very fluid regarding incidents, we had different viewpoints (with the owner, not with the realtor) but we reached an agreement. Negative experience: I rectify the comment made on 25/07/24. I am giving one star because I can't give less. They are unprofessional. We were tenants of a property; when we moved in, defects arose in the apartment, and they kept giving us the runaround without providing a solution... in the end, we had to spend our own money. They charged us 200 euros for changing the utilities when we moved in, which I had to manage myself... When we left the apartment before completing one year in it (minimum per contract), after receiving a notification with three and a half months (when by law it is four months) because the owner wanted to use the property for personal use... after following up with them, it took a long time for them to return our deposit, holding back 60 euros for no reason... we've been trying for two months to get our money back. To top it off, they are rude; when I called Mrs. M. Carmen and told her that she owed me a transfer, she treated me badly, raised her voice, and hung up on me, leaving me talking to myself. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. Today, 31/07/24, after having received the money on 29/07, my partner called them to request some documentation, and Mr. Victor urged him to tell me to remove this bad review. I find that attitude very ugly.

Negative experience: I have been working with real estate agencies for years due to my profession and I have never seen such unprofessional treatment as I received from them. First buying an apartment, and then managing the rental. They do the bare minimum, no, even less than that. From the very first moment, all they wanted was to push us a renovation at a cost far greater than necessary. They never kept us informed and always played double messages. They are very, very bad. Opportunists with no professionalism or manners in dealing with customers. Moreover, to our surprise and that of the notary, the deposits, which are legally what they are: deposits and cannot be touched, were diverted to their account and charged as their fees. Later in the rental process, they did nothing... but lower the price to the ground and poorly negotiate with the tenant; in addition to not providing us any type of service or support in managing supplies, and the necessary documentation for that. Once they got paid, they disappeared. On the other hand, they include a clause that if the tenants renew with the property, they must repay their commission (for doing absolutely nothing). NOT RECOMMENDED. (SPEAKS A INVESTOR WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE SECTOR AND DEALING WITH REAL ESTATE AGENCIES ACROSS SPAIN) If you want to do business with them, that's up to you. Regards.

No os fieis nunca de esta inmobiliaria ubicada en terrassa, sobretodo del jefecito cuando os digan “no te preocupes..” las mejores inmobiliarias en terrassa son realtaria y gerfincas sin duda, no dejeis vuestra vivienda en manos de esta gente que os cobran por no hacer nada... y pongo uno de 5 estrellas por poner, porque ni eso se merecen. Vaya timadores!!
