He was kind and patient and the check in process was a breeze. He also helped us with navigating around the city as well as providing us with some recommendations.

Positive experience: Esta valoración se refiere al alquiler de un alojamiento turístico durante 4 noches. Cuidado servicio y ágil atención al cliente. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Excelente servicio en una céntrica ubicación. Comodidad, confort, funcionalidad y buen gusto en la decoración. La única pega: límite horario para el check-in demasiado temprano (hasta las 19.00h), que obliga a adaptarse para evitar pagar recargos importantes por retrasos. Se carga también por adelantado un importe notable en concepto de fianza contra daños, que en mi caso fue devuelto el mismo día del checkout, lo cual es muy de agradecer. Altamente recomendable, excepto por la observación que añado a continuación. Edito mi reseña y rebajo la puntuación debido a que, al momento de solicitar factura para mi empresa (fue un alojamiento por viaje de trabajo), la agencia se negaba a entregarla, emitiendo un simple recibo. Llegados al punto de iniciar una reclamación, acabaron enviando factura por la parte mayor del importe abonado emitida en nombre del propietario del inmueble y con IVA al 0%, invocando incorrectamente la aplicación de un artículo de la LIVA. Aun sabiendo que era incorrecto, no quise discutirlo. La parte menor restante, en concepto de servicio de limpieza, sí la facturaron correctamente como agencia. Si en tu caso fueras a requerir factura a nombre de empresa, ten en cuenta este importante detalle. No es agradable tener que perder tu tiempo reclamando hasta lograr una factura que se comprometen a facilitar desde un principio, ya que están obligados por ley, pero que finalmente evitan enviar.

Negative experience: Initially we left a glowing review as we were asked by our host from Loca to leave a review and up until that point we had a great experience. We booked through Airbnb to stay at one of Loca’s places and I have been using Airbnb for years and I have only ever been left with 5 star reviews from hosts because I always make sure the property is left clean and tidy on departure. Luckily I always take pictures of properties after leaving them and I am very glad I did on this occasion as after 1 week and 2 days after our departure we have been accused of leaving scratches on the glass panel in one of the bathrooms. The bathroom we are being accused of damaging we didn’t actually even use the shower as we used the ensuite shower. So clearly their cleaner or somebody else has damaged the property and they have tried to scam us out of money. Sadly I cannot edit my review from Airbnb as they also responded with a positive review for me (interesting) but I will be having the review removed. Also just to note things I did not include in my original 5 start review as overall I was happy with the place and didn’t want to be one of those customers to complain over little things - the drains had a putrid smell of sewage that filled the entire apartment and we had to go out and buy cleaning products and air freshener to make it bearable. I did mention this to our host in a message (which I have proof of) and we did not get reimbursed for the cleaning products. Also the toilet in the ensuite did not flush which is why we used the toilet in the main bathroom but did not use the shower in the main bathroom as it made more sense to use the ensuite because that was the bedroom we were using. The location is also incredibly noisy, stomping from the apartment above all through the night and street noise.

The apartment itself was absolutely perfect for our celebration—spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true home away from home, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The location was ideal for discovering the city. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Block from Mistral quiet promenade. Our agent, Ismael, was awesome—gave an exceptionally thorough brief on the flat and its operation. He gave us more than enough time to answers all our questions, and was immediately available throughout our stay. He was an excellent agent! We would stay here again.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this agency renting my apartment. I was in a hurry and on short notice they managed to rent me an apartment within two days! Youssef was very helpful and provided me with everything needed also he responded really fast to my correspondence. Although the check-in was delayed by them due to some circumstances, they deeply apologized and gave me a gift to compensate for the time, and that is what is called great customer service. Highly recommended!
