Negative experience: I emailed about a property several days ago and never received a message or call back. So, I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop by their office. I rang the doorbell and a woman with curly hair answered. I told her I was interested in a property for rent. The first thing out of her mouth was “we only have properties for sale we don’t rent”. Never mind you the property is listed by them on idealista AND their website for rent. I asked to confirm because it was indeed listed by them. She was annoyed and said that the owner was only interested in selling, not renting. I find that very strange because the house for rent was newly listed (within this week) and the owner wants to sell it? By the way the house has been listed for sale for 2+ years and hasn’t sold. Eventually we would like to buy a house here in Barcelona, but in the mean time we are renting. We will never use BCN Advisors after this experience. Good thing the house we are interested in is listed through another agency as well. Advils this place at all costs.
