Negative experience: Dismal. The treatment from the agent assigned to my search was excellent; she was attentive and helpful. That was the only good thing, otherwise, they were very unprofessional. After having arranged a visit to a property, the person who was supposed to come did not show up, and I couldn’t contact anyone. When I finally managed to reach someone, we discussed rescheduling for another day because, on top of being stood up, I had to readjust to their availability instead of them accommodating me after such a huge mistake from a real estate company. During the phone call, on the same day, we agreed that they would write to me to set another date. That was two weeks ago. They still haven’t written to me, but I don’t really need it either.

Negative experience: Me he sentido en todo momento engañado. Desde el primer momento, un tal Fernando (trabajador e hijo según el ,del dueño) me ha engañado. Le digo que una vivienda me gusta y que quiero reservarla aportando una cantidad de 3000€. (Esto vía telefónica) Añadir que nunca me dio la hoja de visita cuando fuimos a ver el piso, siendo esto ilegal totalmente. Le adjunto la documentación en el primer momento, incluso en horas de madrugada para que la tenga al siguiente día a las 8:00 de la mañana, y ahí es cuando noto que ya empieza a darme largas diciendo que está muy ocupado. Tengo que llamarle por teléfono a la agencia, y me cuenta la estupenda noticia que el piso ya está "apalabrado" y que enviara mi propuesta pero sabe que será para nada. No os lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto, engañan, y cuentan las cosas para su propio interés. Poco profesional.

En mi caso, llevaba intentando vender un piso en Jerez durante varios años. En el momento en que lo dejé en manos de esta inmobilaria (en concreto de Fernando Pomar), mi piso estaba vendido en pocas semanas y a un precio superior al que esperaba. Además, los honorarios de agencia de esta inmobiliaria son muy razonables y te acompañan desde el principio hasta el final, dando mucha confianza y seguridad. Los recomiendo al 100%, son muy buenos.
