Positive experience: He comprado una casa con ellos y la verdad es que he echado de menos mucha información y comunicación por su parte. Tanto en el proceso de compra en lo que a información inmobiliaria se refiere, como a información de la parte compradora (de la que no tenía el contacto). No habían surgido problemas durante el proceso y, por ello, lo había dejado pasar, pero tras la compra han empezado a aparecer y se han desentendido bastante, así que en general estoy descontento. La compra de una casa es algo muy importante al que creo que no le han dedicado la atención que merecía.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. A flat is advertised, I call first (as they themselves said) indicating that I will not need financing with them and they don't call me. I insist again and they tell me that yes, they will call me. And I know (because I am from the neighborhood) that they have called other buyers after me and that the flat has already been sold. What professionalism is it to eliminate potential buyers (who might be able to offer a better price) just because they are not going to sell them a mortgage? The last place I would go to request real estate services, as it is clear that their clients' interests are not a priority.

Positive experience: After a month in our apartment, we can say that we are very happy with it, and with the treatment we received from the girls; especially with all the information, facilities, and help they have provided us from the beginning. Edited: Like many companies, the first thing they ask you as soon as they attend to you is for their 5-star review on Google, a practice that I don't love, but since we were so satisfied with the service, I decided to leave it. During the entire time we lived in the house, we were lucky and everything went well (there weren't any major issues), but what wasn't so good is that when we were leaving, you could tell that we mattered less. We had to insist quite a bit to schedule a time to sign, and since it seemed they would have a new tenant soon, I kindly offered to remain the account holder for electricity and gas temporarily until they made the switch. A switch that took them months to complete (we left on February 27, and by April 20, it still hadn't been done), and on top of that, I had to keep asking repeatedly to get reimbursed for bills that no longer belonged to me. It's been a few years already, I know, but I didn't want this to be forgotten, and hence my correction in the review. I hope they have improved over these years and take better care of their clients (I also saw some unpleasant things in the treatment of another person close to me who also rented with them, prices that suddenly change, lies that get uncovered when talking to the landlords, and very unpleasant details that I hope today no longer continue to occur).
