Fantastic experience: I bought my first flat in Madrid. Genesis was the one who helped me secure the apartment for this great step I have taken, everything was legal and transparent, explaining to me without any commitment how the process would be to carry out all the paperwork. Every question I had about the apartment, she helped me solve it and manage it with the previous owners. I recommend her 100%! A great professional. Thank you very much, Andres. ☺️

Positive experience: * separate comment. I called on 19/20 Nov for a copy of the deed, I won't mention names but the attitude has been horrible. It’s not our fault that she interpreted the email she herself pointed out. A good apartment buying experience. Roberto and the team are very professional. Always attentive and explanatory from the first visit to the signing at the notary.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this real estate agency. In my case, it was for the sale of a property. The treatment from the whole team was excellent from the very first moment. They cared about every detail of the property to provide adequate advice, demonstrating great professionalism. That, along with the number of visits organized (always arranged in advance, notifying you of any eventuality) resulted in me selling my house in less time than expected. Then, when it came to the signing and collecting the documentation, they provided all the necessary information clearly and precisely, resolving any doubts, which made this process as easy as possible. It was a pleasure to deal with them. Great professionals to trust something as important as a home. Thank you very much to everyone!
