No éramos partidarios de contratar a una inmobiliaria por varias experiencias negativas con otras agencias pero conocimos a Rkia y nos dimos cuenta de lo trabajadora, honesta y sincera que es. Se nota que actúa de corazón. Es una de esas pocas personas en las que puedes confiar en todos los aspectos porque mantiene su palabra aunque haya dificultades y si te dice algo lo cumple. Vivimos a varias horas de Almería y ella lo ha gestionado todo para nosotros manteniéndonos al tanto y velando por nuestro interés hasta la firma. Estamos muy agradecidos y en caso de volver a necesitar una inmobiliaria volveremos a esta sin dudar. Le pondría 6 estrellas pero Google solo permite poner 5

Every time I call, they give me the runaround. Very few formalities. Now it turns out that you don't know who I am... This is not a fake comment, you have deceived me. Negative experience: Horrible experience!! We called on Friday to see an apartment, they told us that everything was perfect and that we should come on Monday afternoon. I called all morning to confirm the appointment and got no response. We showed up in the afternoon and the woman outright told us that she had been trying to call us (a lie), because it turns out that now the owner says she doesn't want to rent her apartment to couples with children... (supposedly a teacher, but totally respectable, as it's her house). I believe this should be communicated beforehand and specified in the ads to avoid wasting time, and I think the real estate agency needs to be more professional.

Negative experience: Una inmobiliaria pésima,te das cuenta cuando vas al notario a firmar,ojo con las sorpresas es mejor atar todo desde el principio,pretende cobrar comisiones exageradas mintiendo, sin trabajar,en definitiva es muy mala consejera, Almería tiene muy buenas inmobiliarias para elegir.Imagino que lo tendrá todo en regla.Una experiencia nefasta.Aqui se aprovecho.Espero que la comisión altísima que se llevó le dure ,por que los trabajos están mal.
