Negative experience: I do not recommend it, they are not serious people. They told me they would call me about an apartment, they even told me the conditions and I am still waiting. Every time I call, they give me the runaround. Very few formalities. Now it turns out that you don't know who I am... This is not a fake comment, you have deceived me. You are a disgrace, Rkia, the worst real estate agency in Almería.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with PTL real estate. Rkia, the director, is a charming person who really cares and helps you. With her, you don't feel the typical sensation of a real estate agent trying to sell you something at all costs, pressuring you, etc. Quite the opposite, in fact. I have already bought two properties from her.

Negative experience: Horrible experience!! We called on Friday to see an apartment, they told us that everything was perfect and that we should come on Monday afternoon. I called all morning to confirm the appointment and got no response. We showed up in the afternoon and the woman outright told us that she had been trying to call us (a lie), because it turns out that now the owner says she doesn't want to rent her apartment to couples with children... (supposedly a teacher, but totally respectable, as it's her house). I believe this should be communicated beforehand and specified in the ads to avoid wasting time, and I think the real estate agency needs to be more professional.

Fantastic experience: A guy named Alvaro attended us, he was friendly, very nice and kind. He helped us with everything and showed us many apartments with the features we were looking for. He helped us in everything. Very satisfied.

Negative experience: Una inmobiliaria pésima,te das cuenta cuando vas al notario a firmar,ojo con las sorpresas es mejor atar todo desde el principio,pretende cobrar comisiones exageradas mintiendo, sin trabajar,en definitiva es muy mala consejera, Almería tiene muy buenas inmobiliarias para elegir.Imagino que lo tendrá todo en regla.Una experiencia nefasta.Aqui se aprovecho.Espero que la comisión altísima que se llevó le dure ,por que los trabajos están mal.
