Negative experience: In relation to the previous comment: 1. We were not the first to see the house. 2. They told us several times that we were first on the PURCHASE list for the same. 3. I was only missing the simple note which they told me I would have on Thursday the 3rd, and on the 4th it was shown and sold (when they had already removed the ad since Tuesday, striving for a transparent service). You say you want to expedite the sale, and according to the owners, after a month, the property is still unsold; this smells like they are holding it back to benefit someone. And I remind you that I am the one paying the mortgage.

Negative experience: Unreliable company, after telling us that we were first on the list for buying a house, and taking down the advertisement, with the mortgage almost approved pending a document that the real estate agent was supposed to give me, when I called to ask for the document they told me it was sold. I think a serious company should have informed me since I was the first (as stated, do not trust) and not play with people's hopes. Their response was that they would not grant me the mortgage, do they know what money we have? I believe they only care about selling and collecting their fees.

In my case, they have always been honest, serious, and well, all advantages. And I am going to say something that annoys me to read about the girl who takes care of the counter. I don't understand why you should listen because I speak seriously and tell you that she is a super efficient professional, that is to say, at least for me in the years I have been renting an apartment with this company, and I never say never, they have never given me a cat for a hare, nor a bad gesture. What's more, sometimes I could have done without the company to rent on my own, but since they get so involved, I always rent with them. I wanted to rent my apartment, and he advised me at all times, even on weekends haha (a bit lost at first to be honest, I didn't know many things he was talking about, and that gave me confidence in him; he seemed to know what he was talking about...). He sent a technician for the energy certificate from one day to the next so I could publish it, rent it, etc... I had no idea, I repeat; and within the same week, he rented it to proper tenants at the price I more or less wanted (this was about a year and a half ago and I have no complaints...).
