Fantastic experience: They are very nice and do their job very well

Negative experience: As owners, it has been a dreadful experience, they never paid on time blaming the tenants (when we managed to contact them, they said the same thing about the owners, meaning they were quite the troublemakers). They entered the property without express consent and the bills never added up. In summer, we were supposed to pay a cleaning company, but the place was a pigsty, they do not take care of the properties at all, and besides charging their commission, they took €20 a month from the rent on the sly and who knows what shady deals with the tenants. Until we decided to change real estate agency, and the difference is like night and day, and all payments were made in cash without invoices claiming that this way the tax office wouldn't take anything. Some USURERS in every sense of the word and they charged the security deposit as their fees... The worst of the worst, they deserve a tax inspection for being crooks!!! And by the way, the positive reviews are from buddies because all the ones I contacted had a horrible experience.

Negative experience: Unprofessional agency, old apartment and in poor condition. It hasn't been painted and some furniture is missing. Not recommended.

Negative experience: They are not serious at all. They are stingy with the deposit, and I honestly think they don't declare the apartments. Avoid if possible.

Negative experience: Potential thieves, all they seek is the commission, they tell you that they have requested references from the tenants, and then it's all smoke, they put in the first one they find, and of course, then come the problems......

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency I know so far. In my case, the apartment was delivered a week later than agreed, and we had to travel with the moving truck on the two days we had arranged for the delivery of the apartment... A week later, the apartment was still under construction. They do not take responsibility for any problems and on top of that, they keep the deposit with the excuse of pending electricity bills without showing us any kind of invoice to justify it. A terrible business in my opinion.

Negative experience: THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS THE COMMISSION. In my case, they put in tenants that I no longer liked but 'were trustworthy'... they have been 5 months without paying rent and thanks to the D7 real estate agency, I now find myself in lawsuits to be able to evict them with all the expenses that entails. Never again, thank you Laura for everything...

Negative experience: LAMENTABLE. Permiten que los dueños entren al piso cuando les plazca, mientras el alquiler esta en vigor, no cumplen las fechas de salida del contrato y se desentienden.

Fantastic experience: Recomiendo mucho esta inmobiliaria, te dan muy buen trato y hacen su mejor esfuerzo por ayudarte a encontrar algo que se ajuste a tu presupuesto y tu gusto. Si no hablas bien el español no es ningún problema porque tienen una administrativa muy maja que habla inglés y francés.

Fantastic experience: He tenido la mejor de las experiencias, tienen muchas opciones de todos los gustos y todos los precios. Se puede ir confiado porque siempre vas a encontrar. Una inmobiliaria seria, transparente. Lo que más me gusta es que no trabajan por fotos, te enseñan las opciones personalmente y sin pagar nada. Incluso para los ERASMUS tienen una chica que habla inglés y francés. Volvería siempre. Te hacen sentir como en casa!

Negative experience: They take advantage of newcomers, students, whom ever they can. You sign the contract with them but when the contract is over they will assure you that it's not their responsability to give back the deposit. You call them, you go to the office but it's irrelevant to them. They confect the contract using their name but if you read it's between you and the owner of the flat. In this manner by Spanish law the company is the intermediary, this means that when you ask for the deposit or anything related to the flat except paying you will have to demand the owner with a lawyer. Not a choice. They don't put the deposit in Xunta of Galicia.

Negative experience: Amis Erasmus, fuyez!!!! Des arnaqueurs en bande organisée! Les appartements sont sales, mal isolés, ils vous laissent crever dans le froid, ne rendent pas les cautions, amènent des femmes de ménages dans l'appartement sans en informer les locataires (en les surfacturant biensur). Une agence conseillé par les Buddies, on se demande qu'est ce qu'ils y gagnent, Les commentaires avec 5 étoiles sont d'ailleurs ecrit par ces mêmes personnes.... HUID HUID HUID !!!

Fantastic experience: Trato perfecto, me encontraron un piso en pleno centro de Coruña a muy buen precio cuando la temporada ya estaba muy avanzada, muy recomendables.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria con la que trabajamos. No devuleve fianzas. No se hace responsable de nada desde que se firma el contrato. Trabaja con estudiantes y no les ayuda en absoluto, solo pretende firmar contratos para cobrar la comisión

Negative experience: No le doy menos porque no puedo, le entregué dos pisos para que alquilaran, y meten a cualquiera que no cuida nada, metieron estudiantes sin mi autorización y me destrozaron los dos pisos y no se hacen cargo de nada. Por lo que los lleve a otra inmobiliaria, en esta no tardaron una semana en alquilarlo, me lo pintaron y acondiciraon, son muy económicos y un trato espectacular su nombre es Jeninmobiliara.

Negative experience: No la recomiendo!!!!! Firmas contrato y ya no te solucionan nada , pisos viejos y alquileres altos ,Pésima gestión Una vez firmes contrato se lavan las manos !!! Alquilan habitaciones en pisos desastres ,goteras, se inundan !!!

Negative experience: Son unos USUREROS. Alquilamos un piso y aprovechaban que no estábamos en casa para entrar y enseñárselo a futuros arrendatarios sin nuestro consentimiento expreso. También intentaron quedarse con la fianza alegando desperfectos en el domicilio que en ningún caso se vieron agravados tras nuestra estancia, sino al contrario. Fuimos nosotros quien adecentamos el piso para poder convivir, comprando y sustituyendo bombillas y limpiando toda la casa, la cuál nos entregaron totalmente sucia. Espero que mi opinión os sirva para tomar conciencia y tener en consideración antes de contactar con esta ...¿inmobiliaria?

Negative experience: Un trato de lo mas despreciable y prepotente. Para empezar llamé preguntando por si habia casa en alquiler con unas determinadas caracteristicas,y antes de que pudiera terminar de hablar me colgaron. Una vez estando alli te dejan esperando sin siquiera decirte nada,hasta que les llamas la atención, alegandome que tenia que esperar y que me atenderian a una hora concreta(cuando esa hora ya habia pasado).Solo había extranjeros. Sin contar ciertos comentarios despectivos que preferí ignorar para no calentarme mas la cabeza,por lo que me fui de alli dejando a la mujer con la palabra en la boca. Por cierto,pésimo trato por parte de ella,actitud borde,pasota y chulesca. NO LA RECOMIENDO,CEÑÍOS A LAS RESEÑAS Y COMPROBARÉIS QUE LA MAYORÍA SON NEGATIVAS.

Fantastic experience: Trato chévere. El mozo de la compañia trabajo de manera de manera eficas. Trate con el por celular y me aconsejo ver unos buenos apartamentos por poca plata. Recomiendable.

Positive experience: Cosas buenas: se esfuerzan por encontrar opciones para todo el mundo. Cosas malas: son conocidos como agencia para personas extranjeras (y, de hecho, a cualquier hora ves gente de todas las nacionalidades en la oficina), pero el personal no habla tan siquiera inglés. La última vez que fui por allí me eché dos horas de reloj traduciendo a la gente que estaba allí buscando piso porque a los pobres se les veía desesperados con el contrato.

Fantastic experience: Muy contenta. Desde el primer día me hicieron un correcto análisis de mi situación y me recomendaron en todo lo referente a la compra del piso. Además el trato del encargado fue cercano y exquisito comparable al de otras empresas.

Negative experience: Being a foreigner you cannot be helped in the good way. To resume this business its to make MONEY MONEY and as long as you pay and shut up it is ok!! But as soon as you ask for what you paid you are the problem!! AVOID it guys

Negative experience: A tous les Erasmus : NE LOUEZ PAS VOTRE APPARTEMENT AVEC CETTE AGENCE !!! Ils vont vous faire visiter des appartements chers, sans lumières, très sales, mal situés et vous faire croire que ce sont les derniers et qu'il faut se précipiter pour les louer. Ils vont vous faire signer un contrat dans les premiers jours, évidemment vous n'allez rien y comprendre. Ils parleront vite et ne feront aucun effort pour vous expliquer. Vous allez signer et vous faire avoir... Vous pouvez dire au revoir à votre caution. Les avis positifs postés ici, sont ceux de personnes en relation avec l'agence. Ce sont les personnes qui s'occupent de l'accueil des Erasmus.

Negative experience: Creo que ha sido la experiencia más surrealista de mi vida. Entre la atención y los pisos que me enseñaron he flipado bastante. Lamentable en todos los aspectos

Negative experience: Nada profesionales, tardan y van a su bola. Piden fianzas sin avisar a los propietarios. Para nada recomendable!!

Negative experience: Ni se os ocurra contratar con esta gente. Son unos marroneros que no se preocupan en absoluto por los intereses de los alquilados, y recurrirán a cualquier treta con tal de salirse con la suya. No son de fiar. Buscad otra alternativa en Coruña, las hay a pares. Especialmente estudiantes erasmus.

Negative experience: P É S I M O . Son unos ladrones, tienen más cara que espalda, NO SON RECOMENDABLES. El dueño nunca sabes quién es, no te enseñan las facturas de ningún servicio, los pisos no pueden estar en condiciones peores, y las opiniones positivas que hay aquí son escritas por ellos mismos, lo vi yo con mis propios ojos. Find another option ERASMUS PEOPLE!

Negative experience: Good luck getting your deposit back. They make up reasons why they should keep the money and, in my case, I waited two months after they checked everything was okay. They are not gonna help if you need something or something is broken, even if they promise it. They take advantage of the students and cheat them, the Erasmus are the easiest because they can't communicate with the owners. Se aprovechan de los estudiantes, no cumplen lo que prometen y te dan largas cuando les dices que hay que arreglar algo o hay algún problema. Además tardaron 2 meses en devolverme la fianza después de comprobar que estaba todo bien.

Negative experience: Avoid, if possible. The company does have interesting flats for students (especially Erasmus ones), but this is by far the only positivum. The main problem was obtaining the deposit back. They came up with made up reasons why they should keep the money (dirty flat, unknown water bills, broken house equipment etc.). You come on Friday, they promise you the money on Monday. You come on Monday, they promise you to send it to your bank account. You leave the country, you lost the money. Be also careful with the words in the contract. Almost all Erasmus students had these problems.... Oh, but if you like surprises you can be lucky and wake up with a totally stranger cleaning your flat. 0/10.

Positive experience: Helpful people. Recommended for Erasmus students who need a flat.
