Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Yago shows us a house in Bergondo, which we saw twice. The day after the second visit, I called him and he didn't answer because that Saturday he said he wasn't working, but he sent me a WhatsApp informing that we were going with the house with the counteroffer from the owners of the house (I had sent my offer in writing). He never sent me anything in writing (my mistake). When I wrote to him saying that I had the mortgage accepted by the bank, he referred me to his colleague, and that she would be the one to contact me. After seven days (I was on a trip in the meantime) of long exchanges on WhatsApp and sixteen unanswered calls in six days, I called the real estate agency, asked for someone named Charo, explained the situation, and it turned out she didn't know anything about it. I called Yago, and he told me the story that there were other better offers; and what I least expected, I asked him how much the house cost then, and he said he didn't know (no surprise, they were auctioning it to the highest bidder). I showed up at the real estate agency, with both of them, face to face; Yago told me there had been a misunderstanding between them (between him and Charo) and that the house was already agreed upon with another buyer. In other words, I was left without a house because of him. I have the WhatsApp messages from days before where I told him that I hadn't received any information from his colleague, and he responded confused as if he didn't understand, but told me not to worry, that he would talk to her. I went back a couple of days later to request a complaint form, and they told me they didn't have it. I went back two days later to request the complaint form again, and Charo gave me some printed sheets from the consumer website, saying that her lawyer had told her those were valid. Given such a situation, I called the Local Police, they arrived there in a few minutes, I explained the situation to them, one of the police officers stayed talking to me and the other entered the real estate agency and made the corresponding report. The police officer who was talking to me told me, after talking to his partner, that they would receive a fine for not having the official complaint forms and another fine for not having the explanatory sign that 'There are complaint forms...'. On September 23, I delivered my completed and signed complaint form at the real estate agency in case they wanted to object to something. Today, October 2, I showed up at their offices to request the complaint form again, and Charo told me that her lawyer had it. Since there is an obligation to deliver it to me the same day, whether they object to something or not, I called the Local Police again. Within a few minutes, the person who must be their lawyer appeared and started filling it out. When the police arrived, they demanded the delivery of the complaint form, and that's how it was. In short, one of the worst experiences of my life.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I contacted them about a house on Monday morning, they didn't call me until the next day, scheduling to see it on Thursday at 6:30 PM and promising to send me the information and location of the house on Thursday morning. Not receiving any news from them, two hours before the visit I called the real estate agency and they told me, without any further explanation, that the house was already verbally agreed upon. Good thing I called, I would still be waiting otherwise.

Negative experience: Good afternoon. I am writing now after receiving my second positive ruling from the provincial court regarding hidden defects affirming what we reported. They were always kind during the sale, but they sided with the inappropriate party...when we entered the property and started removing the wallpaper, we saw huge cracks in the ceilings, walls, etc. covered with silicone and putty hiding these deficiencies. As soon as we discovered this, we called the real estate agency and Yago told us that we had a lot of work left and that it was going to look great!!! He took photos (which he provided to the previous owner to support the lawsuit against us...) and sided with them testifying in their favor (something that, from what we saw, seemed out of this world....) after expert evaluations and so on, the first trial turned out positive against what the owners claimed and the version supported by this real estate agency that should have remained impartial...it didn't help them, but the sellers appealed to the provincial court (something that, according to the first ruling, was a foregone conclusion) today they confirmed 100% of what was requested, costs, and interest from when the lawsuit was filed....according to the lawyers and experts..one of the most flagrant and obvious cases they have seen in their lives and yet the real estate agency took a side....with this comment, I just want to recount my terrible experience not only for myself but for my entire family and that you don't play with housing....best regards.

Negative experience: Por nuestra parte quedamos muy disgustados, estuvimos más de 4 meses esperando por un inmueble para cuando llegó el momento, la vivienda no tenía ni célula de habitabilidad ni certificado de primera ocupación, documentos que nos confirmaron reiteradas veces que estaba todo en orden. No hicieron más que marearnos y darnos falsas esperanzas, estoy segura que la agencia era conocedora de que faltaban estos documentos, pero si cuela.. cuela.

Negative experience: Mentirosos y falsos . Ya que no veo como responder a vuestro comentario , edito el mío . Cierto es que nos la enseñasteis como decís , 2 veces muy amablemente y q nos la reservasteis , y estábamos mirando la hipoteca en varios sitios , incluso vosotros estabais mirando la financiación por vuestra cuenta . Hasta que un martes volvemos a hablar para pedir la nota simple y decís que ya la enseñasteis y señalizasteis con otro , q habíamos tenido plazo hasta el viernes anterior , q nos lo habíais dicho ( mentira ) , es más ese mismo viernes hablé con vosotros sobre lo de la hipoteca a las 19.40 ( tengo la llamada guardada ) y no me dijisteis nada al respecto . En ningún momento se nos dijo el final del plazo . En fin , aparecería un compromiso con alguien y lo hicisteis con el y punto . Que os vaya bien . Saludos
