Negative experience: Pésima, para nada recomendable, alquila mi hijo un piso/zulo. Se traslada de otra comunidad autónoma. A la hora de recoger las llaves y entrar al piso por la mudanza, los pies se nos pegan al suelo de la suciedad, el váter estaba con restos de orina incluso en la tapadera( q por cierto estaba rota). Los cajones de los armarios llenos de pelos y los muebles de la cocina con restos de suciedad. Baldosas rotas q no se vieron el día de la visita porq no se podía encender la luz en el salón y apenas había luz natural. Todo el día necesitamos 3 personas para limpiar un piso de 30m. A la hora de colocar las cosas de mi hijo incluso se nos cayó una portera encima. De todo esto tenemos pruebas gráficas y fue notificado a la inmobiliaria. Su respuesta: ya se comunicarían con el dueño. Después de 8 meses viviendo en ese desastre de piso, con un 80% de humedad, sin apenas luz natural, mi hijo encuentra un piso decente con otra inmobiliaria y se muda. Dos días antes de entregar las llaves se limpia el piso al completo y se graba un vídeo para demostrar en q condiciones se deja el piso. ( Mucho mejor q como lo encontramos). Y una semana después de entregar las llaves, se comunican con mi hijo diciendo q el piso esta sucio y q le van a descontar de la fianza una empresa de limpieza. Y yo como se q no ha entrado alguien en el transcurso de tiempo desde q se dejaron las llaves. Podemos demostrar todo lo q decimos por q tenemos fotos y vídeos con la fecha. Desde luego es una desfachatez que se quieran quedar con la fianza con esos argumentos. Próximo paso? Acciones legales. Bajo ninguna circunstancia recomendaría esta inmobiliaria.
