Positive experience: I bought an apartment here and then they rented it to me themselves. On both occasions, I must admit that I felt in the hands of professionals, well treated and well advised. I have no complaints, the experience was impeccable.

I don't believe that everyone is a liar, but of course, since negative comments hurt a lot, everyone is against them. They say that adults talk face to face, yet it is they who treat people with arrogance and disdain, while hiding in their office to avoid having to speak face to face. Speculation has a name and surname, which makes it easy to be classist by taking advantage of the needs of many. But of course, 'I know nothing about this.' Since I have no education or business, I am just a poor ignorant person trying to defame, right?
What does it mean to speak face to face? What problem did you have with us? Why don't you want to have a meeting instead of defaming on social media? Showing your face means sitting down, explaining, and dialoguing. The rest has another name.
Negative experience: I had a reservation to visit an apartment, they told me there was no rush to see it since there were going to be several offers, and they rented it without considering me.
Negative experience: A month ago, we went to see an apartment, where they informed us after waiting several days and insisting for a response that they had already chosen another person. A month later, the same apartment was advertised again, but on another street (which is the side street), published again... waiting for a response when consulting them, and they tell me they will let me know... they never say anything.. you have to keep pursuing them for them to tell you something and they tell me again that they also chose another person. But the ad remains active.. a situation that honestly causes me a lot of distrust, uncertainties, and seems unprofessional to me. Regards.

Negative experience: Their contracts are abusive and not in accordance with the new Housing Law. Please read the reservation contract carefully before paying any amount of money they ask for. Demand complaint forms and report them, please. Catalonia has consumer organizations where complaints can be filed, as well as in the groups in which this real estate company participates. Here is part of the contract they sent us: 1.- The duration of the present contract is FIVE YEARS (60 months). Our comment - Contracts are made for 1 year, renewed annually extendable up to 5 - thus the tenant is not 'obliged and tied'. 5.- The acquisition, conservation, repair, or replacement of supply meters and the cost of consumption are exclusively the responsibility of the tenant. Our comment - Why does the tenant have to repair or replace supply meters? 7.- If there is no direct water supply through divisional or individual meters, the property or the Administrator is authorized to proceed with such installation, signing on behalf of the tenant any documents necessary for it, Our comment - Administrator? - there is no representative included in the lease contract identified as Administrator and on what basis of law is this Administrator authorized? 10.- The contracting parties agree that the total rent that the tenant pays at any time during the contract or its extensions will be adjusted each year to the percentage variation experienced by the National General Index of the Consumer Price Index set by the National Institute of Statistics (or its substitute organization), applying to that rent the percentage representing the difference between the indices corresponding to the review period. The first update will take as the reference month June. Our comment - IPS no longer applies with the new law that just came out in May 2023; only increases of 2% and 3% can be applied. Our comment - What is this - real estate commission? With the new law, you know you shouldn’t charge it. After reviewing the contract, we contacted the manager Antonia and she assured us over the phone that it’s best to leave the rental procedures for the apartment if we had so many complaints and disagreements and that the reservation would be refunded and that there would be no problem for them because they have many candidates for this apartment. The person whose interest we defended is 83 years old and they didn’t even bother to return the money they had retained from her niece in the form of a reservation. The reservation was not refunded and after 1 month they said the reason was that the person never showed up for the visit..... unfortunately, miserable. Moreover, to take into account how they act - they say that either you pay them the commission or they raise the rent. This way they circumvent the new law that limits the right of real estate agencies to charge commission to tenants. As a consumer, I would file all possible complaints about malpractice in the profession. Because of these companies, the real estate sector still has a bad reputation.

Negative experience: Los tramitadores no se hacen responsables de los 180 euros que cuesta la transferencia dicho por ellos mismos!! Y si hay número de cuenta pero del alquiler, no de la cancelación de la hipoteca!!
Los tramitadores, no somos las Fincas. Y las personas adultas hablan cara a cara. Sin utilizar a terceras personas. Suerte
Negative experience: Hemos vendido un piso con ellos y desde principio a fin han sido muy poco profesionales y no se han comunicado correctamente. Cuando porfin habíamos firmado, nos ingresan el dinero en una cuenta incorrecta, la cual ahora nos cuesta un dinero pasarlo a la cuenta que tocaba y no se hacen responsables, ahora, cobrar ya han cobrado bien su parte. Muy mal. No hagáis ninguna gestión y menos para estos temas tan grandes como compra o venta de alguna propiedad. 0 profesionalidad.
Jennifer, cuidado. Las mentiras tienen las patas muy cortas. No me puedo inventar un número de cuenta, quizás si se hubiera depositado en la cuenta de otra persona, pudieras hablar de error, nunca de engaño. Y los 180€, os los van a pagar los tramitadores. Así que, CUIDADO!!!. SI hablamos, hablamos todos y la VERDAD.
Negative experience: La mujer se portó muy bien conmigo llamando a mi casero cuando éste me estaba poniendo problemas para poner en regla el gas. Pero considero que el hombre me trató fatal por un malentendido que hubo. El piso no tenía el gas en regla y luego ha resultado que la luz tampoco. A día de hoy estoy pagando la mensualidad y un abogado... En respuesta: mido mis comentarios y adjunto en imágenes una carta de la compañía de seguros asegurando que la instalación no está en regla. Mide tú tus comentarios y no me acuses de hacer un mal uso, que es una acusación muy grave y no coincide con lo que la policía, los bomberos y los electricistas han considerado. Te ruego que adjuntes pruebas del mal uso de la instalación por mi parte o escribas otro comentario para retirar esta falsa afirmación.
Buenos días, Helena, debería medir sus comentarios, nosotros no somos los administradores de la vivienda, lo que usted no puede decir es que el propietario cambie toda la instalación eléctrica, cuando es usted la que no hace un buen uso de la misma. Acusar de tratar mal a una persona, es una cosa muy seria, puede tener malas consecuencias.
