Negative experience: Well, in my case one star, because I called and they told me to arrange for a Monday to see an apartment. I called back on Monday all dressed up because I expected them to call me to tell me the place, and they told me that the person was in a meeting and that there was a problem (but I had to call myself or I would still be waiting), and that after the meeting they would call me, which was two days ago. I imagine it must be a very long meeting since the apartment is no longer available... in other words, I could have opted for it if they had fulfilled their promise or they simply had it verbally agreed and didn't want to bother themselves. I have no problem with that, but I am bothered by the lack of integrity and being left waiting, for me they are very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Fui a ver un piso en esparreguera junto con una trabajadora de la agencia,que por el momento me reservaré el nombre hasta que obtenga algún tipo de respuesta por su parte. En el lavabo había una cucaracha y me dijo ella que era por la obra. Alfinal decidí alquilar el piso y en el momento de la firma recalqué si estaban seguros de que en la vivienda no había cucarachas a lo que me respondieron rotundamente que no,la agencia y los dueños del piso. Después de dos semanas de instalarme tube que irme del piso y pagar un hotel durante un mes... tras salir cientos de cucarachas por todas partes del piso,sumideros,zocalos,y agujeros que hay por todo el piso,vinieron anti plagas e hicieron un tratamiento pero me indicaron que era un problema de tuberías y por lo tanto siguen saliendo cucarachas por todas partes. Ha pasado un año desde que estoy en el piso,por el cual pago 500 euros mensuales,cuya agencia cobro sus honorarios y el dueño recibe su renta cada mes. A TODO ESTO,FINCAS OLESA NO ME HA DADO UNA SOLUCION NI EL DUEÑO TAMPOCO, EL DUEÑO ME BLOQUEA DEL WHATSSAP Y ME DICE QUE HABLE CON LA AGENCIA, ÁMBOS SE PASAN LA PELOTA DE UNO A OTRO Y YO MIENTRAS TANTO CON ANSIEDAD Y SUFRIENDO POR VIVIR ASÍ, GRACIAS FINCAS OLESA POR LA ESTAFA Y CONDICIONES ANTIHIGIENICAS DE LAS CUALES ERAN CONSCIENTES. A DÍA DE HOY DESPUES DE UN AÑO DE PAGAR ALQUILER TODAVÍA NO ME HAN DADO UNA SOLUCION NI ME HAN BAJADO EL ALQUILER NI ME HAN REEMBOLSADO NADA. Pero voy a seguir y voy a llegar hasta donde haga falta para que se haga justicia y no se me ignore más porque esto es una verdadera estafa,una verguenza, y si creen que esto es normal les invito a pasar unos dias en el piso a ver si alguien lo aguanta pagando legalmente mi renta y todo el fondo que me exigieron y todas las exigencias para entrar en el piso y que despues de un año siga igual y además que me ignoren,una verdadera estafa,verguenza y además denigrante estar viviendo en estas condiciones,me está afectando a mi vida laboral,me está causando muchisima ansiedad y me han diagnosticado trastorno del sueño a causa de esto, mi consejo: ASEGURAROS BIEN A LA HORA DE ALQUILAR UN PISO,NO SOLO DE QUE EL PISO ESTÉ BIEN SI NO QUE LOS DUEÑOS SEAN RESPONSABLES Y BUENAS PERSONAS Y QUE LA AGENCIA SEA COMPETENTE Y SOBRETODO SINCERA PORQUE A MI ME HAN ESTAFADO CON UN TEMA BASTANTE GRAVE. La empresa antiplagas dijo que esto era fuera de lo normal,se recogieron más de 200 cucarachas del interior del inmueble,y durante la temporada de invierno que no salen tanto, aun así me encontraba cada día dos o tres,y ahora que vuelve la temporada ya se empiezan a ver muchas ,por los dormitorios,comedor,cocina y por todas partes y esto es un sufrimiento tener que vivir así y además habiendo pagado 2.500 euros de fondo y 500 euros mensuales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Estoy contigo! Me dijeron que me llamarían para quedar, para concertar una visita y hasta ahora estoy esperando! Sino pueden concertar visitas que digan que no! Y no nos dejen esperando! Mal educados! No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria.
