Positive experience: Muy buena atencion

Negative experience: I have passed by their office up to 5 times, the first time to ask if they had any available parking space in the building where I am renting. They had one. They told me they would call me and took down my details. I waited 1 month, without a response. The other 4 times I passed by just to ask that, if there are really no available spaces, to please confirm it and I would look for an alternative. They told me yes, yes, they would call me, and this went on for 4 times, taking notes each time (or pretending to), and I am still waiting for their call. Then I found out through contacts that since they manage the apartments in my building and I rented it through another agency, that’s the reason for the ignorance. I don’t know if it’s really because of that or simply due to negligence and poor client management, whichever the reason, I don’t know which is worse, this is the level. I need to buy a flat in the coming months, and I plan to slam all the doors except this one.

Fantastic experience: I went to their facilities and everything was very correct, the guy and girl working there are very friendly, the doubts I had were clarified for me, quick to communicate.
