Primero con Mara, la comercial, q nos enseñó el apartamento, Después el trato con Juan Ramón, Ana, etc. Antes, durante y después de la compra me he sentido q estaba con buenos profesionales.

Negative experience: Cuidado con esta Gestoria, ..estafadores de gente mayor que confían su alquiler y NO CUMPLEN con su trabajo. Después de 30 años de clientes un autentico fraude en la administracion,..Incompetentes y desidia que convierten tus gestiones en problemas

Negative experience: Nefastos, si se te ocurre mirar los gastos, no les importa lo que digan los estatutos ni la Ley, haran lo que quieran, vamos si eres de esas personas que nunca miras detalladamente tu comunidad, te dara igual quien la administre, pero si quieres que funcione correctamente, ni se te ocurra contratarlos y como les pidas explicaciones de algo, se tecnica es no responder. Que tengas suerte, solo te queda que cada año iran a la reunion. Con los Administradores que hay, que mala suerte ir a parar a este. Siempre con excusas, primero los Estatutos los tengo porque ellos me los han proporcionado y me parece que la Ley deberían de saberla, aun así, se la he adjuntado y siempre dicen delante de los demás que se le demuestre, algo que se vuelve a remitir. Respuesta personal que copio, Buenos días. Pongo en copia a las compañeras que gestionan esta finca para que le puedan dar respuesta. Cordialmente.
