Negative experience: Per sort ja no tinc relació amb aquesta gent. No era llogater, era propietari. Retards en les factures, pressupostos de nyigui nyogui de reparacions que no en tenien notificació ni el llogater ni el propietari i desprotecció de les dues parts. Van crear conflictes entre la comunitat que després al parlar entre nosaltres sense la seva "mediació" no tenien recorregut. Al últim moment abans de vendre es van inventar una factura impagada per tal de no donar-nos un certificat de la comunitat. Els problemes que tenen els llogaters són horribles però com a propietari petit d'una finca petita tampoc són recomanables.

Fantastic experience: I rented an apartment in Barcelona through the agency. Very kind and patient treatment when explaining and signing the contract, and during the four years of rental, there has always been smooth communication. If any appliances broke, they were attentive to immediate repairs or any other incident. When leaving the apartment, they complied with all the laws regarding deposits and others. Negative experience: Horrible. They are opportunistic people, trying not to refund the deposit by inventing structural damages at the tenant's expense, they take days to respond, from a deposit of 1000 euros they wanted to refund 24 euros. I felt scammed, taken for a ride, they are unpleasant people, if you are renting a flat with them, do not pay the last two months to recover the deposit money, take photos of all the cracks and broken things when you enter the house, do not trust them. They wanted to charge 250 euros for cleaning in a 30 sqm house, at the tenant's expense, I left the house in perfect condition when I left, not a dirty pot or plates, 250 euros for cleaning... unbelievable. Those people deserve to be left homeless under a bridge with all their families.

Negative experience: UNACCEPTABLE. This real estate agency only works in favor of the property owner, it does not help the tenants (us in this case). They take weeks to respond if you have any issues, they send the bills late, and they have no ability to solve problems. Furthermore, when we left the apartment, it took them two months to return our deposit. They even wanted to charge us for the wear on the floor itself, even though we left the apartment in better condition than when we received it. Incompetence, bad treatment, and little professionalism. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Fantastic experience: Para mi el trato ha sido perfecto. Han devuelto la fianza de manera justa y a tiempo, y además han lidiado con el anterior propietario para que se quedará con mi somier y colchón por un precio justo. Muy contento, muchas gracias!

Negative experience: Tracte pèssim i poc professional. No ens van donar resposta a una fuita d'aigua que vam tenir i vam estar un mes i mig sense poder utilitzar la dutxa. Ens van exigir 200€ per a netejar el pis després de deixar-lo, en millors condicions del que ens l'havien entregat. No els interessa donar un bon servei, només cobrar cada mes. Si els podeu evitar aquest "gestor" us estalviareu molts mals de cap.

Negative experience: Si llamas te dicen que les envíes un mail a x dirección. He mandado 4 en tres meses y no contestan. Les vuelvo a llamar y me dicen q mande un mail. De risa todo.

Negative experience: Un desastre, mejor buscad a otro administrador mas serio. Una vez firmado el contrato se olvidan de tí.

Negative experience: Son unos ladrones: no devuelven la fianza aunque dejes la casa perfecta.

Negative experience: Desde el principio tardaban en contestar, siempre ponían las reparaciones a pagar por el inquilino y cuando llegó el momento de la fianza dijeron que estaba todo correcto y nunca devolvieron la fianza y nos encontramos en tribunales. No lo recomendaría a nadie

Negative experience: La experiencia ha sido horrible. Mal educades y Trato prepotente. Primera Vez en mi vida que no me de vuelven la fianza íntegra. Me han testado 200 por limpieza y he dejado el piso impeclable. Nada recomendable

Negative experience: Nefasta empresa, no conocen lo que ofrecen, viviendas en muy mal estado, nula capacidad de respuesta para mejora arrendador/arrendatario, un desinterés inhumano, me han alquilado por 625€, incluidos 50€ de comunidad, no se entiende, una buhardilla con una claraboya rota, por dónde entra agua y frío, y en siete meses no lo han solucionado, insalubridad total de la vivienda con filtraciones de humedad constantes, estafadores 100%

Negative experience: Nefasto, si eres el inquilino que te toca tratar con ellos... No tienes nada que hacer. Siempre buscan alguna excusa para no realizar la devolución de la fianza completa. Aún habiendo hablado con ellos las cosas, luego hacen lo que quieren. Si vas a alquilar algo, vigila... Si ya eres inquilino, lo siento...

Positive experience: Información clara y búsquedas fáciles

Negative experience: Des del primer moment de llogar el pis, ens vam trobar amb problemes, el més destacat, l'embossament de la pica de la cuina. Per gestionar a vinguda d'un tècnic per arreglar-ho, van tardat 3 setmanes. Humitats, antena.. diferents problemes que el pis té i seguim esperant a que es solucionin des de fa mesos i no hi ha manera de concertar un dia. Pèssima gestió i resolució de problemes. No tornarem a llogar un pis amb aquestes finques, molt mala experència, per no repetir.

Negative experience: ESTAFADORES. Me devolvieron la fianza incompleta con excusas que no se sostenían. Tras un primer intento, me devolvieron más dinero que me debían pero aún me deben y actualmente, después de haber enviado un burofax, no atienden mis correos ni me han dado más explicaciones. Estoy a la espera de localizar directamente al propietario y/o juicio. Mucho cuidado!

Negative experience: Compte amb aquesta gent. Tarden la vida en contestar i arreglar alguns assumptes. Posen excuses absurdes al moment de tornar la fiança. És cert que poc més de la meitat se la queden, en el meu cas, de forma justificada, degut a un problema amb unes factures. En quant a la resta està totalment injustificat que no ens la tornin, a no ser que un estenedor dels xinos valgui cinc-cents euros.

Negative experience: Un desastre en todos los sentidos. Inquilinos, mantenerse lejos! No cogen el teléfono, no responden a los emails, no prestan absolutamente ninguna ayuda en caso de problemas. Después de 4 años de alquiler, nos costó 4 meses recuperar la fianza, tuvimos que recurrir a un abogado porque nos querían cobrar la limpieza y otros gastos absurdos. Además, 4 meses después de haber dejado el piso, todavía no han cambiado el titular del contrato de Endesa y la empresa nos quiere cobrar a nosotros los últimos meses. Cuesta creer lo deshonestos y poco profesionales que son.
