Fantastic experience: Durch die professionelle und vor allem empathische Arbeit von Falgas Immobiliaria, konnten wir unseren Traum von einem eigenen Haus in Empuriabrava wahr werden lassen. Familie Falgas unterstützte uns in jeder schwierigen Angelegenheit, seien es Fragen zur Abwicklung oder Behördengänge. Vor allem aber unterstützten sie uns im Austausch mit dem französischen Verkäufer. Der Verkauf unserer Immobilie in Deutschland gestaltete sich durch die deutschen Ämter sehr langwierig, und wir benötigten daher mehr Zeit als abgemacht. Falgas hatten stets einen Vorschlag zur Güte und vermittelten. Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr schwierige Käufer. Immer gab es Probleme, die wir aber nicht selbst verschuldet haben, jedoch von Falgas stets gelöst wurden.
