Negative experience: No pagan a los provedores Siempre que llamas reclamando te piden la factura se pasan la pelota de unos a otros ojalá terminen cerrando no se puede vivir a costa del trabajo de la gente

Negative experience: What is curious about the agency is that when you enter, it says 'Lawyers Service', however, when you go to buy an apartment, Fernando whispers in your ear that the sales commission has changed according to the law and that it is charged to both the buyer and the seller. Don't fall for this, I'm also sure it's reportable. Great lawyer and real estate sales service.

He understands people's needs when they have to rent an apartment; the quality of person he is makes one decide to rent with them, especially knowing that the apartments are excellent. Negative experience: Muy deficiente atención por parte de Fernando. No se compromete a cumplir lo que se queda. No responde a las llamadas y cuando se le dice, se molesta con el cliente. La peor inmobiliaria sin duda. Voy a cambiar en cuanto pueda. Llevo más de un año y tengo la sensación de que no me toma en serio. Absolutamente no recomendable

Negative experience: Gestión penosa, nada recomendable. Referente a tú respuesta, sois la peor inmobiliaria de Aranjuez para gestionar alquileres, dejáis tirados a los propietarios aún contratando vuestros servicios de haceros cargos de hablar vosotros con el inquilino y hacer cambio de suministros. Sois lo peor de lo peor, cuando hay algún problema no cogeis el teléfono.

Negative experience: Te hacen mal el cambio de los suministros y te dejan colgado sin ningún registro documental y apañatelas con la empresa para que te devuelvan el dinero.

Fantastic experience: Increíble, la verdad, estamos muy muy satisfechos, buscábamos un piso y se nos complicó, no hubo ningún problema, se pusieron manos a la obra y en menos de un día teníamos otro, con una amabilidad increíble y con un gusto que a muchas inmobiliarias les gustaría tener, la recomendamos al 100 por 100 sin ninguna duda, después de hablar con decenas de inmobiliarias podemos afirmar sin ninguna duda que esta es la mejor de Aranjuez, si te interesa un piso que tienen ellos no dudes en ponerte en contacto, te responderán con la mayor brevedad posible y con el mejor trato que un cliente debe tener.
