Negative experience: Muy difícil comunicación, no te devuelven la llamada, precios abusivos, un caos como administradores, es una pena que con el nombre que tienen en Sant Just estén funcionando tan mal. No recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: Te dejan en espera al teléfono durante un largo tiempo. Cuando solicitas algún documento ni te contestan y tienes que ir detrás del personal.

Negative experience: Son una vergonya… la gestió es inexistent. Clàusules abusives i per mes vergonya em fan pagar les petites reparacions que estaven quan varem arribar al pis… sense ni mencionar el tracte NEFAST de la srt. Hony… tot plegat un desastre absolut!

Negative experience: Le pongo 1 estrella porque no puedo ponerle 0. Una vergüenza de agencia, juegan con tú dinero, no devuelven fianza, se inventan desperfectos del piso y te obligan a pagarlos. Profesionales inútiles y mal educados, no contestan correos ni cogen el teléfono. No la recomiendo y por lo que veo estamos mucha gente igual. Te intentan estafar adjudicando desperfectos que ya estaban en el piso, siempre se agarran al contrato cuando hay cosas que no has firmado. Seguramente me contestaran la reseña diciendo que si tengo algo que aclarar que los llame por teléfono, para que? Si después no lo cogéis. En fin si veis un piso que lo alquila está agencia, huid y leer las reseñas, se os quitaran las ganas, si lo hacéis os ratearan dinero o directamente os lo robaran. Si veis la reseña no cal ni que me contestéis, porque sabéis la diferencia entre el diablo y dios? Que al diablo le pasan cosas malas y a dios muy buenas.

Negative experience: No alquileis un piso con esta inmobiliaria!!! El trato por parte de la gente trabajadora es nefasto, la persona que se encarga de administrar el domicilio ( en mi caso es honi) nunca esta en oficina y tampoco contesta a los email. Por otra parte en el contrato te incluyen gastos como la comunidad o el ibi, gastos que tendrían que correr a cargo del propietario no del inquilino, y aun subiendo la cuota cada año junto con el ipc. Finalmente cuando dejas el piso te dicen que en el plazo de un mes te devuelven la fianza y pasa más de un mes y no te han devuelto nada y de repente te envían un email lleno de facturas (las cuales ponen a tu nombre y dni sin consentimiento) de limpieza, pintura, y arreglos varios de los que no tenemos constancia para no devolver ni 1€, te intentan cobrar cosas que ya estaban en el piso en el momento de entrar. En general muy malos profesionales, lo único que les importa es tu dinero. Si se puede evitar yo no volvería a alquilar nada con ellos.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria que me he encontrado , leyendo las reseñas anteriores ya tuve ojo con la fianza. Hace tres meses que he dejado mi casa de alquiler y no han cambiado de nombre los suministros, la gestión de ANA es lamentable. Finamente no me ha quedado otra opción que tramitar la baja de los contadores. Cuidado

Negative experience: Em deuen la fiança de mes de 3000 euros desde fa mes de un mes. A la seva resposta indicar la manca de veracitat. Vaig sortir de la casa el 31 de juliol i a dia d'avui 16 de setembre, no he rebut la fiança i m'han arribat factures de gas, manteniment de caldera i electricitat del periode de agost. Adjunto "liquidació de fiança" rebuda un mes i 3 dies despres de la sortida després d'haver enviat buro fax.

Negative experience: Porta la gestió de tota la finca del Carrer Mestre Joan Corrales d' Esplugues. Crec que no són gens efectius no resolutius ni àgils. És el mètode de deixar passar...

Negative experience: Lamentablemente, hemos recibido sanciones por parte del Ayuntamiento debido a la no presentación de la documentación requerida dentro del plazo establecido. Esta situación ha generado una multa que afecta a los vecinos sin que ellos den ninguna explicación ni solución Por otro lado, sin consenso con los v vinos gestionan con industriales directamente para controlar el presupuesto y las comisiones que se llevan Una gestión absolutamente desastrosa. La falta de profesionalidad es evidente desde el primer momento: cero organización, cero comunicación, y cero responsabilidad. No se respetan los plazos, no se informa adecuadamente, y las consecuencias las pagamos nosotros (Marcada una estrella ya q no permite menos)

Negative experience: No contestan al teléfono ni contestan los mails. Llevo con los cajones de un armario empotrado y los tapones de los desagües del baño rotos desde que alquilé el piso. Han pasado 10 meses y aún siguen así; sin darme ninguna solución. Pero luego lees las respuestas de las reseñas y... "Amat realiza sus funciones con profesionalidad, diligencia y rigor, siempre con la voluntad de mejorar la atención y servicio al Cliente. ". Eso sí, para cobrar los 1400€ ni un día tardan. Actualizo después de su respuesta: Definitivamente no saben leer.

Negative experience: Cero recomendada esta inmobiliaria, el trato es fatal y la atención es peor. Ser inquilino de esta inmobiliaria es sufrir para cada gestión y todas son negativas. La administradora, quien nos lleva, tarda muchísimo en reaccionar a las peticiones y resolverlas son una pesadilla. Si eres propietario tal vez tienes razones para contratar sus servicios pero si no es terrible. No se toman en serio la atención al cliente ni el nivel de servicio, es sinceramente cansino. Si podéis NO contrateis nada con ellos porque os llevaréis una malisima experiencia.

Negative experience: Cada mes cambian de empleados hay que contarle la misma historia a cada uno , es frustrante. Contra más lejos mejor , hay mejores inmobiliarias por la zona.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, no la recomiendo en absoluto Mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria ha sido francamente decepcionante. Como propietario que confiaba en ellos para gestionar el alquiler de mi vivienda, me he sentido totalmente desatendido y maltratado. El trato ha sido poco profesional, sin ningún tipo de interés en defender los intereses del propietario. La comunicación es nula o muy deficiente, no informan de incidencias relevantes, y en más de una ocasión han actuado sin consultar previamente. Además, el servicio que ofrecen es muy básico y deficiente, muy por debajo de lo que cabría esperar por el precio tan elevado que cobran. Sinceramente, no recomiendo en absoluto trabajar con esta inmobiliaria. Hay muchas otras opciones mucho más serias, eficaces y comprometidas. Personalmente, no volvería a confiar en ellos.

Negative experience: Mucho cuidado con contratar con esta inmobiliaria. A pesar de la reclamaciones oportunas no devuelven la fianza ni la garantía aportada en el contrato. Nos sentimos estafados porque el piso se cogió en unas condiciones lamentables y ahora utilizan ese dinero que deberían devolver para reformar el piso. Tenemos material audiovisual del estado en el que se contrató y en el que se volvió a entregar para hacer la reclamación vía judicial. Ojo con esta inmobiliaria, son expertos en no devolver nada y estafar al inquilino.

Negative experience: Esta inmobiliaria solo se preocupa de los cobros, a la hora de gestionar problemas o de devolver fianzas se dedican a echar balones fuera. Muy descontento con mi experiencia, no la recomiendo.

Negative experience: Servicio nefasto. En un año por no hacer, no han cobrado ni las cuotas correspondientes a los vecinos. No contestan los emails, no ofrecen soluciones, no informan de nada. Nada recomendables.

En cap moment ens hem sentit deixats de la mà de Déu, tot el contrari, l'Artur amb gran diligència i dedicació ens ha guiat durant tot el procés. La Maribel ens ha donat tot el suport jurídic que demanen en tot moment.

Negative experience: Tardan mucho por reaccionar, servicio muy bajo, juegan finacieramente con el dinero de los inquilinos y de los propietarios, yo pagaba cada 1er del mes y pagaban el dueño 2 semanas mas tarde. Mi experiencia con Amat ha sido muy mala.

Negative experience: THE WORST by far of all the real estate agencies I have come across. On top of that, from what I see, they are dedicated to threatening people when they leave reviews. SHAME, WHICH IS WHAT YOU LACK.

Negative experience: Real estate agency to avoid. They are not professional at all, communication is quite difficult. You have a problem at home that needs to be resolved by the agency and they provide no support! At the end of the contract, they did an inspection of the property's condition, everything seemed to be going well until the day to receive the deposit money, and 500 euros were missing for no reason! Lies! The worst experience with a real estate agency in Barcelona.

Positive experience: As President of the CP, I am very satisfied with Carla's work, the manager of our community. She is a very efficient and resourceful person.

Negative experience: I do not recommend buying an apartment with this real estate agency at all. The salesperson who assisted us, Artur, is completely unprofessional: he constantly lies, makes up excuses, and worst of all, he never answers the phone. Additionally, his colleague Montse, who tries to present herself as a proper lawyer, disappears as soon as problems or complications arise in the process. The incompetence of their sales manager, Ana, is on another level: months later we are still waiting for her call and, honestly, we no longer even expect it. It's a shame that in such a beautiful process as buying a property, it turns into a nightmare due to the neglect and utter unprofessionalism of these individuals. In summary, I would not buy an apartment with them again and would advise anyone who values their peace of mind to look for another real estate agency.
