Negative experience: Good morning, we went to see an apartment, the woman, Leticia, was very kind showing it to us and all, as they wanted to rent it. We sent the documentation and ups! We should have waited for the owner's response if he agreed... It has been a month and why the rush to rent it? They told us that the owner did not want to rent it for now... Throughout that month we saw the updated ad every few days. It has given us a bad impression because the only thing we think is that they have some preference and upon seeing our documentation, even though we both work with contracts and everything legal, well maybe they didn't like the passport and to avoid things it's easier to say 'the owner does not want to rent it for now'... of course.
